Now being that I have worked in restaurants for a few years, I know what to expect from the food when it comes to a place like BWW. Beer, wings, etc. In my most recent visit on a Sunday night, the service was absolutely terrible...first off, dont order a beer from their craft beer menu (comes separate from the regular beer list on the food menu), because apparently they dont have anything off of that menu in house, and after multiple attempts to find a good beer, I gave up and simply asked the waitress for a coors light, which she apparently had to go all the way to Golden, Colorado to get because it took entirely way too long to get that beer. And as previously stated, this was on a sunday night about a few hours before closing. I can not imagine how the service would be on a friday or saturday night. Honestly it was not so much that they didnt have the beer I want, but it was more the fact that the waitress didnt know what had on tap. How a place like buffalo wild wings does not have an updated draft list is beyond me. On to the food, which was okay, I ordered some wings, which they somehow messed up and given the sauces that I had ordered to someone else, oh and no dipping sauces either, which would have been nice. I had also ordered some popcorn shrimp with tartar sauce as a dipping sauce, the tartar sauce looked as if it was half used from someone else and when I asked the waitress for another side, she never came back with it.

The night I was there they were extremely busy and it took our waiter 15 min to even acknowledge us, so my 1 Buddy tried to go to the bar and get us drinks and was told they couldnt serve him unless he was seated at the bar. So there we sat no drinks no waiter no acknowledgement from any of the staff, so we finally stopped one of the staff (out of probably 7 that walked by us) and was told its not their section but someone should be with us soon. I understand that places get busy and it gets hectic, but at least make an effort to acknowledge that you see your customer and your at least trying! Just a thought!!!!!

Food was terrible - service poor. Build your own burger .. thin flat and dry.. served mayo in a package ? and sweetened iced tea was really poor tasting, Wendys a much better burger. Wings were ok - but general tso chicken at any Chinese food take out is better tasting. Suggest you watch sports on your smart phone and enjoy a better experience somewhere else. BTW.. Hand towels in the bathroom would be much better than the high speed dryers that no one tends to use.. and those no water flush urinals whew.. make the bathroom stink .. come on folks this is a restaurant not a stadium.

I loved the food! Great selection of appetizers and entrees. Extremely large selection of sauces, guaranteed to please just about everyone. A group of 8 of us went here and everything we ordered was delicious, and served at the proper temperature. My only complaint would be our server; she was more concerned with flirting with a couple other tables filled with young guys, rather than wait on us. From start to finish, we were at the restaurant for almost 2 hours. A little long for this type of place. Despite the poor service, we will be back again.

Service was slow even though there were a lot of staff standing around, but thats fine. The food was overcooked to the point my wife couldnt tell if pieces in her chicken wrap were chicken or the croutons. The chili cheese fries must have been put under a broiler for a bit too long as well. The burger was a hockey puck - apparently they dont ask how you would like your burger to be cooked, they just make it well done. Management did comp the burger, which was nice.

Its your typical chain but the staff is spectacular the restaurant is clean and theres lots of parking. They do accept reservations! And the sports bar has lots of beers on tap. Every Thursday night in the summer is car night or Bike Night available. Great place to bring the family and have some fun good hot wings! Besides chicken wings theyve got other good foods to eat. Lots of televisions to see all the games! Close to the cinemas. And the Galleria Mall.

We recently took our ten year old son for his birthday, making sure to let the staff know that was why we were there. Not only did they not acknowledge it at all, but they made a big deal out of the birthday of the child two tables over, who came in after us. Food was over priced for what it was as well as some items coming out incorrectly. Could have been better, but after a phone call, the manager made it right. Thank you, management!

B dubs is a great wing chain...some are better than others. I was tempted to give it 3 stars but I feel the few times weve had sub par service shouldnt doc a star given the food and atmosphere. They do get insanely busy so if you are there on a busy night, you may wait a while for food. But overall, great family restaurant with a nice bar area for watching sports and kickin it with friends.

For a BWW, this was one of the better set ups and atmospheres Ive experienced. Nice open spaces, not too dark on the inside, and not too loud. If you like the game/TV option while eating comfort food, but also want to chat and hear your pals, this is the location you want. Also, the service here was nicer and more attentive than any other BWW ive been to.

The food isnt good but I cant lie, the sauces they put on the wings are nice. The have a good selection of beers. This place is loud and you get the expected unpleasant jock type table that is just annoying to sit near. I only go here at the request of friends. The service is however great. They are friendly, attentive, and make good recommendations.

This is a nice bar if youre into wings and beer. Theres television screens plastered all over the place and always tuned to sports games. Its open with high ceilings so it never gets too loud. Ive been there a few times now and theyve occasionally mixed up my order. I dont consider that to be terrible at a bar, but others may have less tolerance.

My first time at the Middletown Buffalo wild wings was a pleasant experience. The service staff was extra friendly, they were knowledgeable of the food and customer needs. The food was great also, i ordered a Santafe pulled pork salad and it tasted great with lots of pork and avocados. I will definitely go back next time I am in Middletown, NY.
