I waited for an hour for food that I ordered online. I called after placing the order to make sure it went through and I was told that it had. After an hour I called back and the same guy tells me that there was never an online order placed. What the hell is going on over there?

Had 5 pies delivered for a birthday party. We were not impressed. And the price was a bit expensive . Dont think Ill be coming back. Not as good as it was 25 yrs ago.
