Ice cream is sooooo delicious. Would have given 5+ stars but somethings been going on in the last month or so with the workers, atmosphere amd even the portions. Hopefully they get back on track quick. Weve gone here for years and would hate to lose them as our one and only ice cream parlor! Sometimes long lines but they generally move fast, worth the wait. Parking sucks but they also have a few spots on the back side of the building. People come and go so fast that spots come available quick, worth the wait.

The ice-cream is the best in the world! The only problems I have is that its small. The line is ussually out the door and its a bit too crowded most of the time. Especially after 7pm or 8pm. The seating is just a few benches outside but most of the time, we just sit in the car to eat ice-cream. The staff is friendly and they give decent sized portions. They also have delicious candy here. I would definitely recommend coming here.

The ice cream is terrible and they dont know how to make the ice cream. My cousin went there when i was with him , he came back and took the cover off and all the carmel was on the cove rand he ended up paying six dollars for a small cup of vanilla ice cream that tasted like crap. You would be MUCH better off going to carvel. Carvel is cheaper and tastes 1000000 times better. I would never go back or reccomend this place.

Some of the best home made ice cream on long island. Huge variety of flavors. Do yourself and family a favor on a hot summer afternoon visit this place. The only one drawback for this great shop is the parking just not enough on premise and what is there is a bit akward to manuver in and out of. This being said again I highly recommend this shop to satisfy your ice cream dreams.

I used to go to the Ice Cream Cottage as a kid, we drove there from Ronkonkoma because the ice cream was so so so so so great! I felt that they were incredibly generous with their portions, which - as a kid - was just what I wanted! And the flavors were so good, and rich, and they have so many great toppings. My cousins knew the owner I think....awesome ice cream place!!!!

Excellent iced cream, friendly staff, long lines, tough to park. Great little iced cream place with tons of flavors and wonderful iced cream. Nice selection of candy as well. Only thing hurting it is the long wait during the summer and parking that is a pain to get in and out of.

Customer service is always very fast and efficient. They run the establishment very well. Even for a tight space it always moves. plus their creative ice cream flavors are always very good. never had a bad experience at Ice Cream Cottage.

Their no sugar/fat ice cream is fantastic. Great for those of us who cant eat sugar and have sensitive stomachs. (Most no sugar Ive cream has sugar alcohols which cause upset stomachs in sensitive people. Theirs does not.)
