My favorite sushi restaurant. Absolutely love Thomas. Have been going here for quite a few years now. We even did a local commercial once. Have taken co-workers, friends and family for lunch, dinner and business meetings. Clean great service. Drink specials are really good. Must try everything on the menu if not just ask Thomas for suggestions. If youre ever disappointed it may just not have been your day. It happens. Weve never been disappointed. Any leftovers my daughter Angela will always eat even for breakfast. Also enjoy the conversations with the staff and at the same time the privacy they know how to give. Enjoy!!!!

our fave place for sushi (and other things) outside of manhattan...were grateful we live close by! always excellent everything, whether sushi, sashimi, hot entrees, especially the omakase, they are very creative. the gm always takes care of us, comping different things each time. after having gone there frequently over the last 7 years, we just found out we can special order items that are not on the menu (you have to do it several days in advance) like live uni, which was excellent! they really know what they are doing. an all around great place...we love ginban!

A very comfortable restaurant where the sushi is top notch. I eat at Ginban often and have never had a bad meal. Wonderful imaginative sushi rolls with a large variety and some made with duck and steak instead of raw fish. The waitresses are very pleasant and efficient. Even the Chinese food, for those who are not great fish lovers, is really good. The setting is cozy and the seats are really comfortable. Always a great place for a date.

One of the best Sushi restaurant in Westchester county. Very fresh and great selection of Japanese food. The sushi are wonderfully prepared. Attentive services and soothing atmosphere are great combination of a perfect dinner. Thomas can really help to improve the perfect dinning experience.

I went to Ginban on a date night with my husband and we both enjoyed the food. I had the Chicken Hibachi Minor and the Snow White Roll. BOTH were incredible! The staff is extremely nice, the decor is different than anything Ive seen and it was overall a great experience!

Favorite whether just my wife and I or with our 6 year old son, going since 3. Manager is genuine great guy who wants to please. Better than the great atmosphere is the best food around. Biggest, freshest vegetables, sushi always fresh, hibachi cooked exactly as ordered.

The food and presentation are great however stick with the Chinese dishes. I ordered the Thai curry and it was disappointing. No where near as good as in a Thai restaurant. No lemongrass, basil, hardly any coconut cream. Mostly peanut based gravy.

I used to love this place a lot. However, my three last visits were very mediocre. The service was below average and food wasnt tasting as fresh and tasty as it used to... It is a sad change, but I will probably give it one more try and thats it.

I really liked the black cod with miso that they used to have on their lunch menu, but it still has several good options. I dont usually get the sushi here, but when I do, it has always been fresh.

After being stuck in traffic for hours, we randomly got off the Hutch in Manaroneck and stumbled into this place. Fantastic! Good food, good wine, good service. It made the trip.

Stopped in here for a cheap lunch. Got a bento box with tempura shrimp and veggies. It came quickly, was hot and good especially for the price.

Take-out sushi placed fish and vegetarian sushi in same tray because they were too cheap to separate them. Revolting and made me sick.
