I wanted to come here because I saw their CEO on the Undercover Boss and was impressed by his philosophy and goals to bring Checkers to the next level. I was disappointed when I came to this location. They were so slow. This is supposed to be a fast food chain! I only ordered a shake, which should take no time to prepare. There were 2 customers before me and they took their time to order. Yet, the kitchen staff should be efficient! I saw a few sit in the back and one manning the register while she worked in the kitchen. Then, there was only 1 girl working at the kitchen full time. The shake arrived like 5 minutes later and was actually very good and cheap. $3 for a giant shake. But the wait was really discouraging.

Worst place evaaaaa The women dont wear no hairnets i came so excited to eat here and left very disappointed !! I orderd my burger as i sat down as soon as i opened my burger there was a thick long snaggly black hair inside my burger i wanted to vomit clearly the hair wasnt mine as you can see i have brown hair . I went to tell the lady and she refused to give me another burger she said it was bacon i couldnt believe wat i was hearing bacon!!!!? Are you freaking kidding me i picked up the hair and showed her she was like ohh and went back to give me another burger she didnt even say sorry nothing just "ohh" at this point i wasnt hungry jus disgusted never again will i come here

Ugh... You almost had it, then you fell apart. Theres a reason nepotism is bad. It fosters the employment of incompetents because youre doing someone a "favor". You only have Ranch sauce. Of all the sauces youre supposed to have, you only have the one. "May I have a BBQ sauce?" "We dont have BBQ." "Okay, can I have Honey Mustard?" "We dont have Honey Mustard." "Do you have Blue Cheese?!?" "No, we dont have Blue Cheese." FOR CHRISTSAKES JUST TELL THE POOR WOMAN YOU ONLY HAVE RANCH!!! Then you go and do it to the next two customers that come in! What the hell is wrong with you??? Youre lucky that a cheeseburger and a small fry is 2 bucks. Lucky.

I LOVE Checkers and even worked at one for a while out of high school, that being said I was very disappointed at this location. They wouldnt put mustard on my champ burger. The staff member said they didnt do that but havent worked at one I know they do. So, this being said the food was still great, fries are amazing as ever, burger tasted great once I got my mustard on it as I like it. I would still recommend it!

Its Checkers, so you know what to expect most likely. Usually pretty clean. Food is Checkers burgers. Sometimes (as other reviews have said) the customers inside and outside seem a bit shady, but its all by the train, so again, it is what it is for the area. All in all, if youre craving Checkers you wont be disappointed.

Love this place they need more of these all over. Checkers has great food and lots of options / combos you can pick from. Prices are cheap but its well made food. The place can get busy at times of the night but even so you wont be waiting on line for long. Thers plenty of seating and restaurant was clean

ok checkers. the patrons make it seem very shady when you get inside. Line tends to move quick and the food is good. I just wish they just played some music inside.... so awkard being there in dead silence
