Went to White Castle: 257 S. Broadway on Sat. February 20. 2016 @ 12.51am, and the food was terrible. I ordered double fish, and double cheese burgers, and it all tasted like it came out of the garbage, someone blew their noses on it, and washed the bathroom toilets with the food. Im telling you, Ive been visiting White Castle since I was a young kid, and it has never tasted like what it did on February 20, 2016. It was the worst take out food ever in my entire life! I called them, and asked for the Manager on 02/22/2016, and she hung up the phone on me. Terrible food and terrible service!!! Dont eat there, if you want to stay alive! I was forced to give them 1 - star, just to post this advice.

The people are fairly nice, but when you ask for cheese other than American, you get American. Ask for no pickles on ANY burger - you get a ton of pickles! On top of that, they leave out cooked burgers then add them to new orders and they are hard, or they simply steam old burgers. Not cool. I had small fires and they could not fill up the container. After about 5 or 6 visits, I would have to say avoid this place, plus they are terribly slow...

THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLY SLOW!!! IVE CAME TO THIS LOCATION MORE THAN ONCE AND ITS THE SAME EVERY TIME. AFTER YOU PAY AND RECEIVE YOUR RECEIPT THE WAIT IS ABOUT 10-12 MINUTES! RIDICULOUS!! ALSO THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE SAME AMOUNT OF FOOD AS THE OTHER WHITE CASTLE LOCATIONS. FROM THE FRIES TO THE FISH NIBBLERS TO THE HASH BROWNS, THEY ONLY FILL THE BOX TO THE QUARTER. The employees dont follow directions well. My food was not prepare as requested. I would have appreciated being told that my request would not be honored, directly. Instead, I found out that I would have to dress my food myself, which detracts from my experience and makes for a potentially much messier time when Im sitting behind the wheel and driving to appointments.

Dropped by around 2am. Had a kid who was way too energetic for 2am, got 16 sliders, chicken rings, and fries. You should know what youre asking for going to white castle. Sub par everything, but so awesome when youre dying for terrible food. And also we got too see people argue about 89cents, that was also pretty awesome.

Wow what can I say. This is by far one of the more superior restaurants in the area. Try their mozzarella sticks. The burgers are flown in from heaven and have a little of Gods goodness in each one. I must say the chef outdoes himself every night. Table service is supreme. Wait staff should be commended they are excellent.

Actually, a friend ordered food and had special conditions. From the sound of the arguing, it took a lot of grievous chatter to get it right. The shift leader was calm and poised through the entire process. It should not be that hard and loud to get a white castle burger/slider properly prepared.

The burgers here are just like Krystals burgers, with the add bonuses of all day breakfast an Coca-Cola freestyle machine. The restroom was not the cleanest I have seen, but the dinning area was clean. All and all if you want a quick bite to eat do stop on by.

Nothing really wrong with this specific location but the sliders are awful, the fries suck and no matter what I get a stomach ache after eating. All though it does remind me of the movie, which makes me laugh while I’m eating, and that deserves a star.

Who doesnt love a hot slider. Whenever Im passing thru I always stop in for a crave case to go. The food is great the employees are friendly but the food is not always the fastest. Dont forget to order fries too!
