I used to love love this place - over the last few visits Ive noticed a few things: (1) Service on a weekend night is terrible - they have one server for 20 odd tables. (2) They have limited selection- like 5 odd mains, 5 odd appetizers and - nothing new. (3) The quality of the dish is highly variable. My favorite used to be Com Bat Bu which is a dish of char sui ham, shrimps, chicken, snow peas, carrots served under a bed of rice with an egg over the rice. Last time I ordered it, there was hardly any meat+veggies under the rice. The other favorite I have is Com Xo Dao - medley of chicken, shrimps and veggies in soy sauce with rice on the side. Last time I ordered it, the shrimps were overcooked to the point of being very chewy and tails being completely burnt black. Still this is a good place for an occasional beer on the bar stool but I wouldnt go here for dinner again. They also have an americanized version of Banh Mi which is too spicy - too heavy on siracha - it tastes good but let me know to go easy on the heat.

The food is good, but the five star ratings here speak more to LICs lack of excellent offerings than to Bias level of quality. The pork chop was a bit overcooked but flavorful, and a lot of food comes out for $12.95. The atmosphere is cold and could use some soundproofing, as one loud talker can ruin the experience for everyone else, particularly when its not that busy. The music is way too loud, too. Service is perfectly fine and friendly. Again, good. But not 5 stars, and not all that memorable when compared to similar spots like Saigon Shack and (even though its Thai) Tuk Tuk.

Located right off the Court Square subway stop that serves the E, M, G and 7, Bia is convenient to get to if youre traveling to or from Manhattan. Their Banh Mi sandwich is particularly good as is the pho on their menu. Prices are very reasonable and when you factor in the food quality with the final bill, Bia comes out to be a very good value.

My neighborhood hangover cure spot. After a long night of drinking around the new and great bars in the neighborhood. Nothing beats the local Pho joint. I highly recommend the pork chops and pho. Prices are very reasonable and affordable given how crazy things are getting over here. If you need your fix, this is your spot.

The place is really cute. Long table, brick wall, painting in the back. Friendly stuff, nice atmosphere, but pho (beef noodle soup) taste strange. Sliced meat was already cooked, broth is way up fatty, too much noodles. I would recommend avoid the pho but place is definitely worth to visit.

I went on a slow Wednesday about an hour before they closed. The bartender Billy was incredibly friendly and even introduced me to some of the other individuals at the bar and got us talking to each other. It was a great experience and I will definitely be returning soon.

Flavorful and well-prepared food. Ordered many dishes with a friend including pho and wings. Attentive service and we werent rushed. If this Bia is consistently this good, it might be one of my new favorite restaurants.

We waited for ten minutes at the table and no waiter approached us to take our order. We left the place, when the waiter started taking the order of the people at table next to us, who came in after us.

Great friendly service and nice atmosphere. The food was about average, but the prices were very reasonable. This neighborhood is rapidly changing, and many new spots are opening nearby.

Great food! I got the pork chop... Delicious. Good setting, cozy. Beware though, they charge you for each cup of coffee, no free refresher cups. I learned that when I got my check.
