During my visit to this store , I waited over 25 mins for my order. There were only 4 orders b4 me. Upon receiving my order I asked to speak to the manager. He came to me in a manner unbecoming a manager. While explaining my complaint in a way that was respectful he cut me off saying that the orders before me were very large.(not true they were my friends and I know what that ordered.) he continued to speak down to me . When I asked for his name he refused to give it to me. Also stating that hes never seen me there b4. (Do I have to be a returning customer to get a respective employee?) how dare he speak to me in that way. I got very upset and started yelling and I apologize for that . He spoke to me in a demeaning way in front of his young employees as well as a full restaurant. I want something done. I am also a stock holder in PepsiCo. I would like a response please thank you for your time

I couldnt believe that i went to Taco Bell. But i was even more surprised from the quality and the taste of the Tacos they make. Yes, this is right, the industrial taco bell made pretty good tacos. Tacos are my weakness, and there arent many thing that i will choose over a fresh and juicy beef taco. And when the ingredients are fresh, it is delicious. This Taco Bell made me a fresh and delicious Taco. If you love Tacos and happen to be near a Taco Bell, give them a try, it may change what you think about the fast food...

I feel like the guy in the kitchen just guessed what was in the items I ordered. I was the only person there so it wasnt like there was a rush. Items were just randomly put or not put in my food. My cantina veggie burrito came out a regular bean burrito grilled and with sour cream in it. No black beans, no rice... Oh well. Probably still the best option in the Galleria food court, which might not be saying much.

Its a Taco Bell so dont expect gourmet. But this place has been fast and cheap and the workers have actually smiled at me so its about as good of Taco Bell as you can get.
