I went to the Pizza Hut located in Lindenhurst NY. I placed my order online for their $5.55 large one topping pie deal. When I got there I paid and had to wait 15 minutes. I live 15 minutes away and I waited 10 minutes after placing my order to leave my house. So in total wait time was 35 minutes. The decor in the location is shabby at best. They had pizza boxes stacked sloppily in plain view, computer wires exposed on both registers located right in front and two more computers on the back counter just tossed up there in an uneat fashion. The clerk who took my payment was not the least bit polite or welcoming. I felt like I was bothering him by coming to pick up my pizza. Soon after he took my payment he disappeared I to the bathroom for more than the 15 minutes I waited in store as he was still in there when I left. While waiting the phone must have rung at least 20 times. The four associates I could see in the prep area all took turns walking by the phone glancing at it and then walking away. When one of the assoiciates did finally answer the phone the other 3 took turns standing behind him and watching him take a phone order. I finally got my pizza drove home 15 minutes and sat down to eat. The first pie which was sausage was ok, a little greasy but ok. The second pie was pepprroni and when I opened it up, it was burnt pretty bad along the top and sides. To make matters worse it was extra greasy! If this is how they are celebrating 55 years in the business, maybe its time to retire! This was just an aweful dinner! I should have just cooked.

Id been meaning to try this Pizza Hut for a few years, as I pass by it a couple of times a week while Im driving. I decided to go in and place an order for a stuffed crust pie with sausage, which had always been my favorite Pizza Hut order when I was in high school. The funereal greeting I received when I first arrived instantly reminded me that I should have placed my order online beforehand. The interior was small, but decent... certainly suitable enough for eating pizza. That said, I took mine to go. The crust, while cheesy and doughy, is basically the edible version of the cardboard box it comes in. Constipation followed, as expected. At least Pizza Hut is consistent across its locations. One thing that didnt factor into my rating of this location was the delivery. If history has taught me anything, its to avoid ordering for delivery from Pizza Hut as Id typically have to wait forever and a day to actually receive the food. Itll probably be another couple of years before I go to Pizza Hut again, but believe it or not, I actually do look forward to that day.

Dont bother with these idiots at pizza hut. Save yourself the trouble now and order dominoes. Waited 2 hours and no pizza. Called twice and was told the driver was in West Babylon with our food, were right around the corner within walking distance why would you send the driver to West Babylon first? Pizza hut continued to tell us food would be here in 5 minutes, had to cancel order. This is just plain stupid, if youre that busy as based on previous negative reviews Im now seeing, why not hire more staff for weekends? In a way Im happy I didnt end up with a cold nasty pizza.

Order was suppose to come in 35 mins. After 1 & 1/2 hr I tried calling . NO ANSWER multiple times. then pick up say HOLD and slam phone - was on hold for 12 mins. To find out they dont know where my order is and can t speak to manager because he is "busy slicing pizza". Low and behold they then say ohhh pizza just came out of oven - almost 2 hrs later. Manager John after he was finally done slicing pizza spoke to me and blamed me for not having patience! He is a moron Never again will we be eating pizza hut

Ive enjoyed Pizza Hut pizza before and I love it but this was, by far, the worst pizza Ive ever had from them. The delivery was on time but the stuffed crust pizza that I ordered was undercooked and "floury". The pizza was and just unappetizing. The wings saved the meal but it was still well below average. Ill give them another shot only because of the name but I wont order delivery from them anymore.

I order here all the time with no issues, however if you want to call back and modify your order have fun calling them and being hanged up on. Last time I checked, if a customer calls someone should always be available to pick up not sit there and hang up calls because they dont want to converse with out customers highly unprofessional

If I could give NO stars I would!!! We have now tried to order from this place 4 times and each time there is something WRONG!! Today we placed an order at 7:40pm and it is now 9:40pm and we have yet to receive it and NOONE answers their phone. Worst Pizza HUT on LI!!!!

I strongly agree with that bad review they take from 20 to 35 minutes to give you the pizza and the place is nasty there is no higiene, there is no reason why they take so long when is not busy and the manager does not give a damn.

My order came late because they couldnt find me, pizza was cold and didnt taste good at all, anthony who took the order was clueless and I asked for garlic sauce and it was on the receipt but of course I got none. Will not be back.

horrible service!!!! ridiculous wait times, can understand being busy on the weekends but to wait 2 & a half hours on a Tuesday night is ridiculous. cant reach anyone on the phone , managers are rude. just a nasty place

I told myself I wouldnt come back here after they put 4 mushrooms on my mushroom pizza, gave them a second chance and they forgot my order. Last time I ever go here - they forgot my order AND barely put any toppings

We ordered from this pizza hut, and they delivered it 45 minutes late, the pizza was small, nothing was hot and fresh. This is tge worst pizza hut on long island by far. They should be run out of business.

Messed up my order. Wouldnt fix it burned the pizza. I love pizza hut but this was a real negative experience. It looked abandoned. It did have a clean private restroom though.

Suck I Waited for 2 hour for my pizza and it was cold and when a call they didnt pick up the phone I highly recommend dominoes pizza they are the best

never buy pizza from this place. it takes 2 hours to be served. No one is in the front helping you. bad pizza hut in the neighborhood.
