I do love the food, but the business model is absolutely rediculous as I watched all of my fellow customers in the busy pizzeria be as confused as me. Why in the world should customers have to run back and forth between two cash registers in a narrow walk way, in order to order different items!? If there are 10 employees in the back why cant one take the time to bring ALL the food to the register the paying customer is waiting at. I tried to order a slice of pizza i didnt even need heated at the front but since I also wanted a rice ball which also didnt need to be heated i was told i had to order in the back and can order the slicbe back there too. So i did and i. Paid and then had to wait (for two things i didnt even need heated) then after 15 mins they finally give me a bag and say goodnight. Luckily i checked when i got in the car only to discover the slice wasnt even in there. They couldnt even put it in the bag after making me wait 15 mins for unheated food.... why?? So I had to lug my 2 year old all the way back in to have them tell me get the slice up front -_- Its rediculous, confusing, unorganized, and unprofessional....between all the customers running back and forth bumping into eachother with full hands collecting bits and pieces of their order its a circus in there! get it together! ....with all that staff it shouldnt be too hard to throw 2 precooked unheated items into 1 bag at the sametime n bring it to 1 register in under 5 mins..... or at least direct the customer to pick up their slice up front in stead of sending them off with half am order..its nonsense

The service I experienced here is NOT GOOD. My delivery order was wrong and I was not offered anything to make it right. All they did was say " THAT SUCKS." and then they hung up the phone. I have never been treated like this from a restaurant, and as a visitor to the area I am very surprised they didnt care. I guess the local business is good enough to be able to disregard the incoming tourism. I do not recommend any one order from here, your taking a chance at wasting the money that you worked for.

Terrible, Ordered Grilled Chicken Panini Take out, When I got there to pick it up I was told We dont have Panini style bread (even though its on their menu) and it was Grilled Chicken on a roll with mushrooms tomatos and some terrible sauce I dont even know what. How can you say that is grilled chicken panini? Either way I did try and asked my wife to try it as well just to make sure it wasnt just me and it tasted terrible will never go again.

My girl and I have eaten here twice. The food is actually very good but it cant be coincidence that the first time we went, I got sick from one of their salads. Today, my girl had their buffalo slice and now she is sick. Get sick to our stomachs each time we go...not worth going back for the hat trick. When it comes to stomach issues never bet against the house.

We came to Bellagio for dinner a few weekend ago. The experience was horrible; our food was cold, undercooked, and flavorless; when we asked to speak to the manager, the owner came out and he was extremely rude. He accused us of lying! I will never come here again and would advise anyone thinking of going there to do the same--- STAY AWAY!

we ordered Pizza Monday and they were all burnt, and they knew it too as they discussed it amongst them and not in English, (bien quemado) and that means - very burnt. and they still gave it to us. but because we do not like to complain, we just took it and left.

This pizzeria / restaurant is good, but I think it used to be better. Three things that are definitely worth trying: the Buffalo chicken pizza, the grilled Portobello mushroom salad, and the Pollo Bellagio: Grilled chicken, sautéed vegetables, with penne pasta! :)

I do enjoy getting the bread basket. The Italian food is okay, but nothing compared to real home cooked food. But place is probably better than your typical pizzeria. The pizzas are pretty good compared to Suburbans .

Reasonably priced. The sauce for the spaghetti and meatballs was a little watery. Great service and plenty of seating for a quick sit down lunch. Loved the bread.
