While not the worst pizza Ive ever had (that honor is reserved for multiple pizzeries in California), it is the worst I have ever had in Ithaca. I cant describe it specifically, but it definately wasnt fresh, nor was it very thoroughly cooked. Real pizza has an even spread of cheese, and its clear the cheese was not fully melted. I have no idea how this place achieved the honor of the best pizza in Ithaca. Even Rogans (which is not by any means the best I have had) is far better than Pizza Aroma. There is (or at least was back around 2000) another pizza place on a corner near the Commons that was excellent, but I think they may have gone out of business. (Sadly, I forget their name.)

I always come here for a quick slice and it is always great until today. Today I got a slice of garlic and for some reason it tasted weird ..not like it normally does. I couldnt even eat it. So I told the lady who was behind the counter and she gave me a nasty attitude about it...saying that it shouldnt because it was made 20 mins ago..which is a lie because I was there for at least 25 mins. I wasnt looking for my money back or a free slice. Just upset that I spent over 3 dollars for slice that I couldnt eat. So I threw it away and left. Never again will I go there. I did deserve attitude.

This is specifically about their gluten-free pizza: The crust, which bears a remarkable resemblance to the cardboard disk you find under frozen pizzas, obviously came out of the food service suppliers truck. Then PA spreads tomato sauce and toppings on it, and before you know it, youve got...a nasty mess. If you get it for carry-out, look forward to everything sliding off during transportation. Seriously, PA makes good pizza, so the fact they let this thing out the door is a shame.

I will never eat at Pizza Aroma again. Tamales had human hair in them, several pieces, I choked while spitting the food out of my mouth onto my plate. My side of marinara was fermented. I did not eat it. Owner agreed to a PARTIAL refund for my lunch. He should have given a FULL refund and a coupon for a free pizza or something along those lines. (Not that I would dare to dine there again.) I share this information out of a general concern for the health and safety of my community.

If youre looking for a place that has good food & quick service this is it. If youre looking for a sterile, generic, corporate food chain atmosphere, this isnt your place. The owner makes most of the pizzas himself and uses quality ingredients. The pizza is amazing. I recommend the "Salad Pizza". Or if your not in the mood for pizza, try the Tamales, they are straight out of Central America, just like the owner of this great place.

Excellent Pizza every time! Fresh basil n garlic our favorite! Been coming here for years each time we visit Ithaca. No worries the man behind the counter will make it amazing! But whats up with the cities new stupid meter parking (go back to normal meters). Great way to kill local businesses not kewl!

Probably my favorite pizza in Ithaca. I love thin crust and they have some lovely and unusual toppings (including a tortellini pizza) and the Salvadoran food is great too. Its a small place and seating is limited, but Ive never had to wait for a table.

I think this place makes the best pizza in town. They are the only pizzeria in Ithaca. They are the only one that I know of who still makes pizza with green olives. Just the right amount of cheese and bread.

thank you pizza aroma for making pizza enjoyable again! Even if youre a vegan, they have what you need. Something for everyone, and so much better than the chains.

Really like their food from El Salvador. Their pupusas and tamales are the best Latin American food you can find around Ithaca. Pizza is also good.

Wonderful great big juicy slices. I found one slice of the chicken pizza to be a complete meal well worth the price. Very nice staff too.
