I go in there often because theres no other bagel place around and the people are pretty rude there but I deal with it. This morning I went in ordered 4 egg sandwiches I thought the price was high so I asked for a receipt, with a little attitude the lady gave me my receipt and thats when I noticed I was charged for an extra sandwich. Then it took her five minutes to get the owner to open the drawer to give me my money. Neither of them apologized and when I said something about it the owner said sarcastically" have a nice day Billy". Yeah its Billy so I hope you (the owner) remember me and know that Im the person thats giving you a bad review

Food is pretty good as long as they get your order right. About 85% of the time Ive ordered food there something is wrong. Even when I make a simple request for a bagel with butter, I get home and I have a bagel with cream cheese. Then when you go back to let them know the order is wrong instead of apologizing and making it correctly the owner insists a bagel with cream cheese is what I had ordered. Ive never ate cream cheese a day in my life there would no way in hell I would have ordered a cream cheese bagel and even if I did (Which I definitely did not), dont argue with me just apologize and make it right.

Horrible customer service and rude employees. If you dont jump up and down and wave your hand or something you will never even get to order. There has been at least three times I have stood on the line and no one asked if I was being help or if I am ready to order. I just end up walking out and going to D&A Terrace Deli. At least there I can go in I get asked right away what I want and Im on with my day. You would think that knowing another deli is so close that you would make people want to come back. I will never spend a dime at this place again.

This deli use to be my favorite. But lately not so good. The rolls for the morning sandwiches have been hard and old last few times I orderd a sandwich. Also I went there to get a hot roast beef sandwich with cheese And gravy. They put the meat and cheese in the microwave! It was all gross and nasty. Idk i use to love this deli but it sucks now

out of the two times i went, the bagels werent very fresh and the second time the man who works there was EXTREMELY RUDE. 2 of my friends and i were talking about what we were getting and after a few minutes the man yelled at us "Lets go" as if we were wasting his time. wont be coming back here again. if i could, would do 0 stars.

These people do not want your business. I work nearby and our company purchases several times a week. They are rude, they often get the orders wrong, and Ive found MOLD in my breakfast and lunches on 3 separate occasions. With all the other delis in this area, we wont be returning.

By far the worst deli in this area. The service is terrible, the rolls are stale and its overall expensive. Much rather go to the deli up the road by the train station then waste anymore time and money at this deli.

Used to be slow but good. Now they are slower and always screwing up orders. Dont get how you can constantly make orders wrong when they are written down correctly. who knew egg sandwiches were so difficult to make?

This place always gets my order wrong. Rolls are stale and the sandwiches are sloppy. Nothing like getting home and opening up your sandwich to be dissapointed. Stay away.
