Renata is the wedding cake queen! She is truly a breath of fresh air amid a sea of stuck-up CT cake bakers. A total professional from the get-go, she worked very hard to respect our budget and capture our vision while serving up absolutely to-die-for cake. Our tiered cake with rough buttercream was gorgeous and delicious on its own, and Renata did a beautiful job placing fresh flowers and our custom topper to make it feel truly personal. Though she probably doesnt need our endorsement since winning "Cake Wars" (!!), we would enthusiastically recommend Renata and Lovely Cakes to anyone!

Lovely Cakes is the #1 spot for cakes! The amount of choices for cakes and fillings are beyond disbelief! I ordered my sons baptism cake here and it was out of this WORLD! Renata and Violet are extremely professional, attentive and very sweet. I was having a hard time deciding what I wanted for my sons baptism cake. All I knew was that I wanted something really different. They nailed it! Everything was perfect! I LOVED it! The detail, the design, the creativity was amazing!!! Everyone loved the cake, it was delicious!!! Thank you so much for making my sons baptism a memorable one!!!

This place is phenomenal. Her cakes our delicious and her designs are beautiful. Do yourself a favor and give them a try for your next event. The cake is moist and delicious even without any frosting but, add a beautiful design to it and, you have a show stopper. Months after our event and people are still talking about the product Lovely Cakes provided. Thank you.

Ordered a special cake for my clients birthday bash, made of the first shoe she ever designed, and it was an absolute hit. Every single person at the party, especially the birthday girl, called it art on a cake. The cake was chocolate with raspberry butter cream. It was super delicious and everyone wanted seconds. I will definitely order from here again.
