Ordered a house salad as an appetizer ..It came out very wilted and had no taste, shouldve known this was gonna go down hill from there. As an Entree I had ordered a HamBurger. The burger came out very Greasy and very Salty.I was asked if I wanted Lettuce, Tomato etc. .I took a single bite and couldnt eat the burger in the end, the waitress asked if I would like the burger boxed. I said no, she never even asked why. I thought I would be able to at least try the peanuts, once again dissapointed. Later I got the bill and found they had charged me for cooked onions. In general just a Terrible experience. I thought I would have at least got to quinch my hunger with the peanuts, but they were moist and gross. Please Re-train your entire staff if such Franchise is gonna be in this area.

Great selection of menu items to fit the theme of the name. Warm, friendly atmosphere, with attentive waitstaff. Theres a variety of specials and a VIP option for all guests to sign up free of charge which offers more specials and discounts. Theres a selection of signature drinks, and a full bar as well. There are vegetarian options, however, not a highlighted feature as it means more to the side of Steakhouse category. Lots of comfort food choices, and a touch of the traditional Southern Food hospitality, and Southwest /Tex-Mex vibe and a "homey, familiar feel" you get when you enter your favorite corporate franchise type of restaurant tavern.

I really want to give this place five stars but unfortunately I cant. The food was awesome. Beer selection, moderate. Please call ahead otherwise its a ninety -minute wait. If you call they give you a number, you must have the number otherwise you lose your reservation. Even though our wait was twenty minutes thanks to calling calling ahead, it was uncomfortable. We literally waited in the midst of waiters, people flowing out the door, we couldnt move. I felt like I was in a club for a moment...back in the days. Once seated all was forgotten and was able to enjoy the evening.

We went there for a birthday dinner on Friday night. All of the combo rib eye steaks that our party ordered were overcooked, except the 20 oz rib eye, and the two prime ribs were dry and overcooked. The pork ribs were dry and chewy as well. Overall, the quality of the steaks were nothing like the ones we had from other Texas roadhouse. The steaks didnt meet our expectation. The service was okay, the servers gave us extra bread, but our water glasses were never refilled during our 1.5 hour stay. The best thing we had was the complimentary bread.

I went to Texas Roadhouse with my family of 10... the poughkeepsie location does not have tables to accommodate large groups.. my daughter in law called ahead.. and we were told they cannot accommodate large groups.. never had a restaurant not accommodate large groups and we decided to go anyway.. but this location seems to be all booths.. they did try to seat us near each other, but not the same as sitting together.. will not go there again as a large group.. service was great, food delicious...

Food is good and the prices are average for these chain restaurants. Absolutely hate the music thats being constantly piped in but thats just my musical preference. Standard run off the mill restaurant, teenagers and young twenties running tables and hosting. Seating is generally all booths so there is no decisions of tables and booths. Also, those with peanut allergies definitely avoid this place. Peanuts at all tables and waiting area. Peanut dust in the air as well so be aware.

The food was okay. We waited a long time for them to make 2 steaks. One was cooked perfectly well (medium rare) and the other was way over cooked (mine was supposed to be medium rare but had all the color cooked out of it). The food was very cheap - about 3 times less than we guessed it would cost. But with an Outback Steakhouse just down the road its not worth your time or money to get mediocre food at TS when Outback blows them out of the water in quality.

The wait time seemed intimidating, but my table for two was seated in 15 minutes. The staff was a exceptional. The food was very good. The manager stopped by my table due to an item I sent back. Later she noticed my guest lost at the bathroom (it was a crowded night) and walked them back to my table. The man course was excellent. I had the ribs and my guest the Ribeye steak. I was very pleased with my visit.

We went at a busy time so we had to wait about 15 minutes to get a table but we sat at the bar and had a cocktail while waiting. The staff there is really great. Every one of the employees were walking around with a smile. I had commentated on it and our waitress simply said everyone there loves their job. Both the food and prices were average and even when busy our food came out at reasonable times.

We had an awesome experience today at Texas Roadhouse. My 4 year old grand daughter told the manager Gregg that she loves this restaurant. My grandson who is on the spectrum felt very comfortable at the restaurant. We also celebrated my eldest grand daughters 20th birthday . It was great. Our waitress Ashley made sure we had everything we needed. We will be returning back to the Texas Roadhouse.

My husband and I went on Wednesday evening not thinking there would be a long wait being that it was Wednesday, well we were wrong! We waited over an hour and the plack was packed!!! OH MY GOSH THE WAIT WAS WORTH IT!! The food was out of this world! Service was fantastic! My husband and I were both very happy. Yum Yum, the bread alone is to die for. I found my new favorite place.

Very crowded & noisy, insufficient parking space, 15 min wait for a table & we were there before 6pm on a Tuesday night! Nothing but meat, very few healthy options. Nothing was wrong with any of the food & our server was quite pleasant but there was just nothing special about this place either. After all the hype I felt disappointed.

For only being open for a few days, the service and food were great. They did a great job getting ready. Looking forward to many more visits. This review was written on 11/5/2016. 12/30/2016 update. Been a few more times. They have a heavy hand with the salt. Just ask for no seasoning and you should be fine. Very accommodating.

Food is great! Prices are reasonable. Atmosphere is clean, fun and western. Service was great, we did call ahead seating so we didnt have to wait to be seated. Food was delicious and came out fast. The rolls and cinnamon butter are so yummy! You get free offers when you sign up for their emails so we had a free appetizer.

Our dinner was delicious! We used the call ahead seating option, and once we walked in, we only had to wait 5 minutes. (At 5 pm! Prime dinner time!) Our server, Ariana, was fabulous! She was conscientious, kind, attentive. We ordered the 20 oz ribeye steak, and it was amazing! We will definitely be back! Loved it! Yummm

Sadly, not our best visit here - roadkill ordered medium rare but came well done, chicken strip pieces were all tough and chewy, mashed potatoes ordered but got baked potato. Didnt ask to replace the orders or everyone else at the table would have been done while two diners waited for their food.
