Understaffed/Tiny Kitchen could not keep up with volume. Our first experience at The Craftsman was horrendous. It was packed when we arrived, so we thought it was the "happening" place. We do not mind waiting, but not for an hour when there were open tables. There were only 2 servers and then it was another hour for our food - we only had hamburgers! We ordered medium-cooked burgers. The middle was raw and bottom bun soaked in grease!!! We were told the kitchen was really small and you can hear the server apologizing to tables all night. The dishwashing area is two feet away from the prep and cook area and the whole kitchen is the size of a small nursery! It is a really neat restaurant with their beer menu, but the kitchen is way too small for the restaurant volume. Not to mention the badly cooked food.

This place is incredible. Great food and great craft beer. The food- Burgers are amazing. It has been cooked just the way i want it every time. They have plenty of different ones to choose from. They have a great build your own burger where you can choose from a big list of toppings for 12 bucks (unlimited). The buns are awesome. Very soft and a great way to top off a great burger The beer- They have a great beer menu. They got tons of bottles all of which are reasonably priced. they got 8 taps which they rotate different beers regularly. All beers on tap are 5$ which i was very happy with. Very reasonably priced for what youre getting. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

This packed to the brim happy hour burger bar on the main street of normally quiet Harrison NY is ready for you to join in! Good burger selection with tasty fries and an AWESOME beer selection. If you are a fan of beer this is a must visit! The after work crowd visits here after a train ride home so it can get busy at 6pm during the week especially on Fridays. If you are looking for a good burger with your choice of toppings and beer that you never had before, this place is a must see. Parking is on the street or in the public lot across the street. Worth a visit.

By far one of the best gems in Westchester county. The food is always fantastic and the crowd is always pleasant. Not to mention a top notch staff with knowledge of the extensive selection of craft beers and spirits. Love this place and Recommend it to anyone interested in having a great burger with some awesome beers. They also do a great deal of work supporting craft beer venders and suppliers along with educating their customers the true value and difference in craft brands/styles. Love these guys. -Rob Basile

We love this place. Great beer, with different brewery sponsoring new draughts each week. Food is really good - a huge step up from usual pub fare, including healthy choices like chicken instead of beef and salad instead of fries. Staff and owner friendly and attentive. And it is always open when we go there - ignore the naysayers! They dont know what theyre talking about.

Im surprised by the other reviews, Im there a solid 3x a week. I love the staff and I rarely wait for my food. The regular menu is fantastic and I look forward to seeing the specials each week since the kitchen is constantly trying new things. The prices cant be beat, and the beer selection plus knowledgable staff make this restaurant a regular stomping ground for me.

If you really love beer, I mean beer is all you care about, and you live in Harrison and cant make it into the city, then this place still isnt for you. I guess if you love beer enough to put up with the obnoxious owner/bartender, the really bad food, and the terrible service, then enjoy yourself. You deserve this place.

A little pricy. However, the burgers here were very good!! The Onion Rings were amazing too! The Onion Rings are beer battered too! They have a nice bar and a variety of beer for those looking to have a nice drink. Overall, cute little place in Harrison.
