EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was dissatisfied with one of the beef patties ( I took one bite of) that I purchased from this establishment, so I went back in to see if I could get a different one. It was very crunchy and had a morsel amount of meat inside. The woman at the counter who I later found out was the manager told me they do not except eaten food. Since she told me I could not return the patty, I just left the patty on the counter and proceeding to leave empty-handed. I wasnt upset, I actually didnt say a word just basically took the lost. I will just keep a mental note in my mind to never order that again. BUT WAIT........... The "MANAGER" threw the beef patty at me as I was walking out. As a manager of an establishment, how could you throw a food item at a customer? I went on to get my other beef patties that werent touched and walked back into the golden krust to return them. I wasnt acknowledged AT ALL. No one wanted to help me. People need to realize when dealing with customers... without customer service you have nothing. If you have a Dirty Attitude, your establishment will appear dirty. Clean Up your Act!

Ive been eating the patties here for years and over time their quality has declined. You order mild you get spicy patties, you order spicy its mild. Then, if they give you what you asked for, the patty is either overdone or theres hardly any meat in it. I think Ive had enough of this location - wont come back! I agree as well that the customer service isnt the best. The cashiers appear as if they dislike their job. They dont say hello, dont smile - its distasteful really. Hope they improve!

I ordered a large Rice & Peas with Oxtail, upon opening the meal at home I found the Rice was hard and dried up, I couldnt eat it. I called the store and was told to bring the food back to the store, I took it back and was offered a small portion of the same rice & Peas to compensate for my inconvenience, I refused it and left the original meal also. Because I didnt intend to get into an unnecessary brawl & argument for a bowl of Rice & Peas. Theyre very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL .

The most ignorant staff Ive ever seen inside a restaurant.When I was in there the person who gave me the food was unprofessional in every sense of the word,and her intellect was so ubismal,I wouldnt take my absolute worst enemy to it,that shop deserves to get shut down because how I feel in my mind about that restaurant I went to 15 min. ago yes, 15 min. ago makes me want to use words that wouldnt shock my parents of the words that I even heard of.

Customer Service need to improve, they are Rude. I have been living in Cambria Heights, for 48 1/2 yrs,other businesses in the area their employees provide better customer service. The chicken soup, need more chicken, the flavor is excellent.

Went there last week twice rude ass hell! Waited in line and they served some Jamaicans before me, I understand people can be friends etc but its still a place of business, people should be treated equally with respect!

very very poor customer service. Rude staff who have absolutely NO sense of professionalism or respect. I witnessed a cashier stating racist comments towards the Haitian race. I will never go there again.

Maybe I went on an OFF day, compared to the other reviews I have no complaints. Actually in my mind, I was thinking the staff was pretty cool (shrugging my shoulders).

They dont answer their phone! Says theyre open from 7am-1:30am...called last night at 8:30pm and again this morning at 8:30am, no answer! What goes on there?!?
