I was eating at Ruby Tuesday and found a spider in the salad bar.....the situation was handled only with a sympathy ticket.....consideration should have been given to the other customers eating there....as they continued to let everyone eat the salad......THis is obviously Not a healthy eating situation.....we were thanked for using our birthday coupon.....apparently the store felt the gift was a SPIDER....and I dislike spiders tremendously.....as when I saw it I smashed it on the plate....a picture should have been taken so other could see it.....Regards to all....

I would like to say that Im the young apparently dyed blonde hair female bartender who supposedly poured the beer into another glass. That is COMPLETELY false. First of all, what a health code violation! Second of all, you apparently saw it wrong. If the glass was dirty, the glass was dirty. It happens. Maybe the fly flew in it after I poured it. I remember taking that beer back and taking the fly or whatever it was out of the glass. Which means my fingers were in it..therefore I didnt give you the same beer. Thats just disgusting. Thanks though!

There should be a 0 star option. Absolutely awful. Broken chairs, broken blinds, bathroom was absolutely disgusting- would have been better off walking to the Walmart across the street. Beer taps were "broken". Drinks were absolutely awful. A manager should go in and ask for a Long Island Iced Tea, and see what garbage is served. I get that its a chain, but this was ridiculous. The wait for the food didnt make any sense. Why is this restaurant allowed to stay open? Who oversees these places?? Wouldnt go there again if they paid me.

Im being a bit generous with 2 stars. The staf was friendly but made a lot of mistakes with our order and did not come by to check on us very often. We both ordered the Seafood Trio, it is definitely not worth $22. The lobster was not good. All dried out and maybe an ounce of lobster meat. There were three small shrimp and a very fishy tasting piece of tilapia. I havent been to a Ruby Tuesdays in probably 10 years, and wont be coming back to one anytime soon.

Drinks and food are ok, service is ok, but they really need to clean more often. A few times Ive been there the tables were still dirty or sticky from not being cleaned well, same thing with the floors. Also the bathroom never seems to be cleaned well enough. Not the worst Ive seen, but not what you want to deal with when you have to use the bathroom. It kinda makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is?

We tried their brunch omelets: microwaved eggs coated in some gravy-like substance. My husband went to the mens room and saw a couple of the kitchen staff leave without washing their hands. He informed a "manager" who could obviously care less. If you ever get sick after eating there - its probably the lack of hygiene by the staff. Go somewhere else.

I usually love Ruby Tuesdays, service & food has been nice from state to state in my travels. However, this time I tried something new, loaded cheese grits and the chicken tortilla "soup", and it wasnt that good. Grits were too oily and soup wasnt hot and was more like a dip. Service was still pretty good, so was the rest of the food and drinks.

The wait staff has been greatly improved since my last visit here, the food was good, properly cooked, drinks (alcoholic) are priced fairly and properly proportioned. I would rate the above 4 stars, my reason for 3 stars is Ruby Tuesdays does NOT offer a discount for active service members, veterans or senior citizens at this time.

Sitting here now and just received a beer in a dirty glass....things were floating in it so we sent it back for a new one. We just watched the young, dyed blonde haired female bartender dump the beer into a new glass and the top it off and sent it back to us....yes it happened...UNBELIEVABLE!!! Gross!!

This has to be the worst Ruby Tuesdays in the chain. The entire staff is slow and unresponsive; the salad bar had ants in it. Enough said. I would recommend the Charlie Browns accross the street; at least they are CONSISTENT with their brand.

i ordered off the menu and the fries and buffalo wings off the apetizer menu they were great!! My husband got fish and he said the fish themselves were poot quality but everything else and the staff was so nice! iD definitely come back

One of the worst meals I have ate out in quite sometime - salad bar (their staple) was a train wreck. Fry oil needs to be changed immediately. Again, understaffed is 2017s answer to poor service / experience quality.

My wife loves the salad bar. Good happy hour special s. The only thing I dont understand is why Samuel Adams is not considered a domestic beer? I have to really push to get the happy hour special price for that.

The food was decent.All the meat was seasoned /marinated quite heavily , but my friends steak and my porkchop was cook very well. Most of our utensils were pretty dirty and the sale bar didnt have much options.

Service was terrible. Waiter was rude to everyone around me. I didnt have much interaction with him. I only ordered a beer and appetizer and the app took 40 minutes to receive. The food was good though.

Took 15 minutes before we got a waitress to come to table even after manager walked by 3 times without stopping or even offer to help. Another waitress finally stopped to get drinks started. Could go on.

Every time I go there I the salad bar is empty and no one ever seems to refill it when you say something to them they say they will get to it by the time they do its too late your meal has shown up

Its somewhat predictable and fairly consistent, No real surprises. Biggest thing it has going for it is its salad bar, but sometimes the offerings on it are spotty whether it be busy time or slow.

One of our favorite places for dinner...but...look out if a large group or 2 arrives. They arent well setup for large groups and on occasion it slow down seating and service overall.

Not bad food for a chain restaurant. Had a new server, so things were a bit slow. But I had a delicious burger and fries. Reasonably priced. Would eat there again.

The ribs were dry. They dont have tarter sauce. The burger was thin and the bacon on the burger was undercooked. To top it all off, the water taste funky.
