Went with my partner for dinner on a Friday/Saturday night a few weeks ago.. I ordered the Spinach dip with the All American Stack burger with fries and a coke for my entree! Well, first the waiter brought the appetizer to the wrong table.. my waitress who actually placed the order, apologized and said i dont know how he went to table 4 i said table 2 they dont even sound alike... Therefore, when i got my burger.. I looked at it and only saw 10 fries with 3 burnt ones.. the guy who brought the app to the wrong table came back and asked how my food was. i stated the fried were cold... so he put a new order in.. Any way my partner notices then notices my burger was very, very greasy and cold.. I then walked up to the register and told them to take and bring the manger over... I didnt even receive an apology just the manager will be with you momentarily. So, the manager came over looking very unhappy, stated how can i help you... i explained what the situation was she said well it looks like its been taken care of and theirs nothing more i can do.. Needless to say... I sent a complaint. This is not how guests/customers/hungry people should be treated, and how food should be served.. This isnt the first time Ive had a bad experience with them... Clifton park and Albany are horrible as well!!!!!

I havent been to Fridays since around 2005-2008, due to my girlfriend at the time getting sick from food poisoning from their Clifton Park location. Tonight, 7/5/17, I go with my fiance, to Saratogas Fridays. My meal was ok at best, service was a joke (manager was pleasant) and my fiance legit got a dirty, crusted plate from the kitchen with her dinner. They compted the meal and gave us a free app coupon. The free app coupon is in their parking lot and I will NEVER go back again. Ive been going to the Recovery Room, awesome food, great atmosphere, good service, plus a rewards program. Just some food for thought if anyone else has had issues at TGI Fridays before.

Ive never been a huge fan of the food but the booths are huge & comfy, the bathrooms are always impeccable, the hosts actually open the door & say hello on the way in & goodbye after which is a novelty these days! LASTLY, the blueberry pomegranate Long Island iced tea is disgusting just like it sounds, DO NOT order it like I did, it tasted like homemade cough syrup made by Snooki on the Jersey Shore.

Heather is an excellent server and bartender, she was more than accommodating and pleasant to interact with, even while multitasking! My experience tonight was more than I expected, and the food was delicious, Im very satisfied.

My Wife and I were shopping and decided to have lunch there. We already know the food there is especially good. Our meal wss excellent, we e were treated like valued customers as soon as we walked in. It was just wonderful

TGI Friday is the best place to go eat waitresses and waiters are very friendly not much waiting if you go a little earlier to go for dinner. Overall it is A5 food waiter drinks Etc everything is A+ 5.

Burger was raw and fries were cold. When they returned with a new burger the fries were still cold. Asked for a side of mayo 3 times never did get it. I will not return to this location again.

Service was terrible, food came out all wrong after 2 hours and the manager was completely unapologetic. Waitress smelled like an ashtray she kept going outside to smoke so much.
