Absolutely worst experience Ive ever had with take out since Ive moved to Burriville. They didnt follow the directions I gave for arriving to my house, messed up the order (actually didnt bring my daughters chicken tender meal at all), then when I called to figure out what happened I was completely disrespected by the "owner". I was told that she personally took my order and that I never said chicken tender meal, that she personally repeated it back to me. All is incorrect, I placed the order in front of 3 other adults ALONG with reading it off of a piece of paper that I wrote it down on. Fact of the matter is even if I somehow didnt place the order, myself & family members somehow misheard it the response I got was absolutely uncalled for. The attitude, disrespect, and flat out arrogance of the "owner" makes me confident I will never order from there again and I will tell everyone I know not to order either. Customer doesnt always have to be right but you need to have respect for the people who ORDER FROM YOUR ESTABLISHMENT.

Ive always enjoyed the food at Nikos until tonight, I ordered two chicken finger dinners, one buffalo one plain. When I got home the buffalo box had 7 fingers, yet the plain had 2. We called and they said no problem and I let my pizza sit so I could go back and get the fingers they missed. When I go to pick them up the woman has them ready but insists the order was correct and calls me a liar...wonderful business model. I will never go there again...

I ordered a garden salad with grilled chicken. The lettuce was all iceberg and the grilled chicken was whole breasts. Next time I ordered I asked for romaine lettuce and that the chicken be cut up. The owner of the store asked if I wanted him to chew it for me too. These people are rude. I guess they have enough business and dont want to do anything extra for new customers.

We r banned from nikos!!! apparently you cant tell them when their broasted potato fries r too broasted. If you are unhappy with your food....suck it up! cause if u complain you will be banned for 25 to life. The nikos nazis will say no food fo you!!!

First things first. Their barbecue chicken pizza is amazing. Hands down. We have tried elite pizza and Nikos is better in the barbecue chicken department. I also LOVE their chicken strips. All around amazing and extremely fast!!

The people are great there. There was never anything there that I did not like. The steak,cheese, and onion grinder is always unbeleavable as well as the chicken parm. I love that place.
