Terrible. They wont even take a $100 dollar bill as if it isnt currency even if I had a large order? The cashier on Sunday is so rude and has the biggest attitude. They make every order to go even if you want to eat in. Why wont they actually ask you if it is to stay or to go? My sister made her order and the Flatbread tasted disgusting and not even what it should taste like; THE CHICKEN WAS HARD AS IF IT WAS STILL FROZEN AND HAD A DOG MEAT LIKE TEXTURE. The smoothie was not done right, tasted like ingredients were missing. The Tropical Smoothie in Commack is 150 percent better! And things taste as they should. What a rip off this place is do not even waste your time and MONEY!

Very unfair! I went to bring my kids to get smoothies with their gift cards and Tropical Smoothie is still not accepting them. The employee said its a problem with corporate and the manager is too busy to call and fix it. When I asked for the managers contact info they told me they were not allowed to provide me with it. Why would the manager fix it...everytimd a person tries to pay with a gift card they have to pay cash instead! Dont sell gift cards if you wont honor them!

OMG!!!!! i love this place! this is honestly the best Trop ive been to EVER! I highly recommend going to this location. Not only are the smoothies and food amazing but so are the employees! They are all so energetic and a great spirit to be around. I come here everyday and i will keep coming until i die. Peace, love, Trop! LOL.

Place is disgusting. I keep trying out of convenience but just cant anymore. Noticeable odor, every other smoothie is inedible. Kids work there and just do a terrible job.
