Kept giving the benefit of the doubt and trying again, but Ive had it. Pathetic service, mistakes on 3 item orders, inconsistent food/ smoothie quality. Staff is incapable of following directions/ taking orders, all kids and no leadership. Aside from the staff, the companys infrastructure needs work. Paying through the app is risky, and an accidental second scan of the QR code leads to paying for the next persons order as well. We will be taking our business elsewhere. If you really want to go to Tropical Smoothie, go to the one on main street in Smithtown. Much better service.

I went to this location for the first time today. I usually frequent Bay Shore. You really need to either turn over staff or hire a new manager.I watched everyone who came in after me leave before me. I watched a cheetleading team get their order fixed then after a girl dropped her smoothie on the floor get a replacement before I got mine. 20 minutes later after just about the hole store emptied I was asked what I ordered. Never recipieved my smoothie only received my salad. Walked out. I will never return

I was told by the manager that they will deliver to my company which is literally not even 5 minutes away. They did it once or twice and every time we call for an order now they tell us No they arent delivering today. This has been going on for over a year. Just now i asked and the lady said no and (click) hung up on me- Terrible service

Not a big fan of smoothie but was dragged by a friend and wasnt disappointed. I got myself a strawberry banana smoothie that was tastier than i thought it would be. Now i find myself coming in from time to time certainly a good place to eat and drink healthy.

Horrible service. Rude employees who hang the phone up on you in the middle of asking a question. Claims to offer delivery to local business but never will deliver even orders are 100$ and more. Will contact the corporate location to discuss the experience.

Nicole in the morning is great she is very knowledgeable of her customers and remembers what we want before we even get to the register. We wish zack was back on the food in the mornings but all in all there is great service

Place was a disaster. Construction site to say the least. Walk in dusty af and noone at counter so awkward almost left. But I ordered peaches n silk mmm mmm might i say tasty smoodie but i hope theres no saw dust in dere.

Smoothies are great. Our favorites are the mocha madness and the bahama mama. We get them every time with whey protien and my wife gets the fat burner add-ins. Before 10am is half off smoothies here.
