My family took me out for dinner at Baci for my birthday. We have been here several times in the past and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. However, this visit certainly changed our perspective and we will not return. Angelo, the server rushed everything. He became agitated with any questions about the menu. He acted as though he did not want to be serving us. My wifes food was missing mushrooms that were specifically ordered. He tried to charge for a side order instead of simply bringing them to the table. My sons dish of ice cream was $7.50 and a single Cannoli was $8.00. Angelo could not wait to get rid of us and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Needless to say, this was a very disappointing evening. Perhaps management needs to take a closer look at their staff and pricing.

The food was great, drinks were great, service was good... UNTIL the end of the meal, when my friends and I were told to leave since there were people waiting and they needed the table. When the waiter saw my face upon being asked to leave, since the three of us had just spent $150 on our meal, he back-peddled and tried to offer us a "complimentary drink at the bar," but the damage was done. Unfortunately, that ruined the experience for me and Ill never go back. I have NEVER been asked to leave a restaurant to free up a table. If he had offered the complimentary drinks FIRST very politely, we would have left anyway, as we were finished with our meal, but the way he went about it lost our business.

Food was HORRIBLE! Service was kinda slow. We returned my entree and left. We ordered the Paste a Fagloli, Spaghetti Pomodoro and the special of Fried soft shell crab (which the waiter said was AMAZING).... Pasta a Falgloli tasted like an olive soup... not like it should, The past Pomodoro was bland and didnt taste better than something i could get at a low end pizza place. The soft shell crab, this was the killer, it was really soggy when it came out and i could only relate the taste to a cooked frozen chicken patty. Not worth the $26, so after 2 bites i returned it. Manager didnt bother to ask us why we were leaving so quick even though our waiter brought it to his attention that we werent happy..

I went to Baci Grill for the first time with my two daughters. I thought it was very good. I ordered the chicken piccata and asked for extra capers since I love them so much. When they brought my meal they were more than generous with the amount of capers on the chicken!! Too much that I had given some to my daughter for her chicken piccata. We had ordered from the prix fixe menu and it was well worth it. The appetizers were plentiful. And the gelato for dessert was more than what I expected to get. With prix fixe, I expected to get a smaller portion and it was quite the opposite. I will definitely return to Baci Grill again.

Great food, nice atmosphere, poor service. I love to support my local businesses, but the service was very slow and pretty much non existent. You would think on a slow Monday night for a table of 2, it would be good. Server kept disappearing and rarely checked in with our table. Entree didnt arrive at table until 15 minutes after my salad was taken away. Never attempted to upsell coffee or dessert. Guess next year Ill have my birthday dinner somewhere else. Its too bad.

This is our favorite place in Westwood. I started coming here for girls night out then bought my husband. We have been dining here for several years. The owner is friendly comes over to greet us every time. The staff is excellent and the bar is nice and cozy as well. The food never disappoints. Love the place, staff and atmosphere.

Ive been to Baci several times -- and other than a slip or two with regard to service -- the food is very good. A lot of flavor, very good taste, I always enjoy my meals here. Nice bar area, nice ambiance in the dining area -- overall very good.
