If the food was interesting I would not know. I went in there today with my 86 yr old grandmother who walks with a cane and my child. I walked in right after two young ladies who were given menus and seated right away. We stood there waiting. Finally we walked over to a table to sit down and a waiter runs up to us uy tells us grills closed. What? People were just being given menus... we walk out and I see as we are walking out a guy sits at the outside table and placess an order with a waiter. It was very weird and super rude. I never could understand why someone would treat people like this. I would never treat people like that. My poor grandma could hardly walk....but she made her way in to enjoy lunch out with her grand daughter and great grand daughter. What an inhumane thing to do. The place is run by young boys. The chefs from behind are also young and look like theyd rather be tripping on acid at a phish show then being professional and welcoming patrons. They should be embarrassed as humans.

Just ate at Fiddlestix, and wanted to leave a review. I was there for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The space is small, busy, and kind of cozy. As others have mentioned, the staff is young, and the wait wasnt too bad. The food, at least the dish I got - Greens, Eggs, & Parm - was very, very good. However, it wasnt all good. The side of bacon cost me $4 and came with a ton of bacon, except it was burned crispy. The home fries were just okay. However, the actual poached egg, spinach, muffin, and the parmesan cream sauce was really unique and incredible. Definitely stop in for a unique breakfast experience.

Took my wife and 2 girls for some breakfast. Wanted a change from the norm so I looked on google local and found Fiddlestix. My wife had the Pleasantly Greek omelet, which she found to be very good. I had the Love of Cinnamon Belgian waffles with a side of canadian bacon, and our daughters shared a stack of golden brown pancakes, all very good. Staff was very friendly, price was very reasonable, ample street parking. Our only complaint would have to be the # of flies present inside; counted about 3 to 4 of them which we had to keep trying to smack away from us. Wish we had sat outside instead.

This place is an original. Besides their regular menu of breakfast omelets and pancakes/waffles, they have great sandwich selections and salads. To take it to the next levels, these guys have at least 10 daily specials that use a varied combination of tastes and unique combination to create masterful creations. Nice to see originality and a place that keeps it fresh every time I come here. The Vermonster is an awesome omelet, but everything they serve is great.

The food is exceptional. The specials are original and I have always made sure to stop here when in the area for brunch. However, the service is the worst of any restaurant I have ever been too. I guess it is a give and take -- they know their food is outstanding so they dont care about being professional or respectful to customers. I always show expecting horrible service so I dont let that aspect ruin the experience of delicious food.

We accidentally found this place on our way through Cornwall looking for a breakfast joint. Now it is a destination of choice for us! Incredible food, all fresh and unique. Friendly wait staff and very accommodating to our needs and requests. Sat at the counter and chatted with the owner- so sweet. Could not ask for more. We will be back, over and over again and highly recommend to all.

Im not a huge breakfast person but my friend kept insisting I try this place and I am disappointed I didnt try it sooner. I have tried most of their lunch options and Im stuck on the top bird. The pasta salad and fresh made chips add to how tasty the sandwich is. I find myself craving this place!!! Hope its around for a long time!

This is our favorite place to eat ever. We will drive an hour and a half a couple times a month just to indulge in their mouth watering breakfast and lunch. If you are looking for a meal with amazing flavor, huge portions, and all at a great price, then look no further fella, Fiddlestix is all you need.

If you are a regular they treat you very nice......if not they ignore you and then rush you....I have been there a few times...with my son who is a regular and they treated us very well....went with my husband and grandson and they were just damn rude. Also food is hit or miss.

Tired of the same old-same old? Fiddle Sticks fixes that problem. The best breakfast options Ive ever seen outside of a five start brunch. You will be amazed by the creative menu options they have and will really be impressed by the specials.

Portions were very generous, prices were reasonable. However homefries were sitting out in a large tray for what appeared to be a very long time. The appearence could fixed up., even.just a little. Overall I would give it another shot.

Delicious food, amazing atmosphere. Going here is such a nice experience although it can get really crowded and you might have to wait a bit for a table, but totally worth it. They also do free delivery which is sooooo awesome.

Good food, cooked well by good local people. Not the fastest joint, but worth the wait for that real home made "we put love into this" food. Breakfast and lunch. Go for the strawberry cheesecake stuffed french toast.

Service is a hit or miss so is the food. On a good day you get ok breakfast but on a bad day everything is burnt ... and I mean everything - eggs overcooked, home fries burnt beyond recognition, toast burnt...

Really awesome food and a great spot for breakfast or lunch. I always recommend getting something off the rotating "specials" menu - everything is so tasty. Service is good and atmosphere is laid back.

Tasty as always! I had the Gouda plenty. Poached eggs with turkey and Canadian bacon on English muffin topped with creamy cheese and home fries! Love this place!

Food was good, service not so much. Def got this feeling that they are too cool to be bothered, which doesnt make them cool, it makes them snobs in my opinion.

Food is always great! Cooked just the way I love. Service is slow but to be expected because its made from scratch and one chef. Its always worth the wait.

Without a doubt the best place in the hudson valley for an amazing breakfast or lunch. Never had a bad meal in the 10 or so times we have visited.
