Kentucky Fried Chicken Store Montauk Hwy Lindenhurst. I arrived a the store Nov. 21st 2014 at 6:15pm for dinner time takeout. The store had NO chx to serve. I repeat NO chx to serve. Mismanagement unbelievable. We like the product. We hate the service. Actually, the last order we took out was definitely old. The chx was dried out like shoe leather. Potatoes were like cardboard. Theres nothing worse than second hand fries. BUT if you can keep an eagle eye on food you will enjoy it. You must park and go into the store and then you only stand half a chance.

I have never done this rating thing before, but the food in this KFC is not properly prepared and when I complained I got attitude from the manager. This was not the first time with the dried out chicken, but I have had enough and will never go to this KFC again unless I see a sign under new management!

Waited 20 minutes on 1 combo meal to find the manager was having a personal phone call on her cell phone... The next time I tried the drive through and was asked to pull into the parking lot where I waited 15 mins on one of their regular combos ! Gives a new meaning to fast food!
