I orders a pizza. Was told 30 minutes. Called after 45 to check in. Was told the driver was on his way and should be there shortly. Now after 1 hour and 10 minutes, I give him a call again. He tells me very rudely that the driver just left 10 minutes ago. So that being said, I stay only 15 minutes away from Cold Spring Pizza, meaning he should arrive any minute. 20 more minutes go by. A total of 1 hour and 30 minutes wait time when I was told 30 minutes initially. The owner offers me beer and to drink as a solution to the problem. I tell him I dont want that. He tells me he will give me a free pizza the next time. So when I call in the next time around (tonight) he tells me that "Your being a wise guy and your busting my chops, and I will never deliver pizza to Surprise Lake Camp." After that he hung up on me. I really love the pizza they serve. What an unfortunate and terrible experience for a place I enjoy.

I frequent this place in the summer with my friends. This is a highly valued business and locals /tourists both can appreciate a good slice.He even sang happy birthday for my friend! Truly passionate about their pizza and such amazing service

Amazing NY style pizza! *Best Ive had* (my friend made me write this) but shes right - its pretty darn good!!! Tomato sauce is the best, it tastes fresh. Stop by for a slice or a whole pie, they have comfy booths for you to enjoy :)

I have been spoiled by the pizza here. I find myself comparing every other pizza I try to Cold Spring Pizza, and very few measure up. Two thumbs way up for this shop, great home town pizza!

Excellent place to visit after a long hike. The eggplant pizza was amazing and the BBQ chicken roll is just as good. Friendly environment.
