The only reason I give one start to this establishment is because of some absurd rule that they have. I went to dine in on 8/29/17 and they had at Triple Double special which comes with vegetables. I told them I didnt want no vegetables on it and the cashier advised that the price was going to be different. I understand that if systematically it is setup to be a specific sandwich you cannot change it, but physically just dont add it, but they wouldnt know how to do this.

This is the 3rd time i visited smashburger here in clark nj.....i ordered the same thing everytime, burger and fries.....burgers are burnt and dry eveytime, taste like burnt charcoal and leftover grill soot, the frenchfries are too thin and dry they have no taste,..maybe its the fresh out of prison looking cooks with the tattoos on their neck and 4 foot long dreadlocks and doo rag that lacks the expeirience to cook!....3 strikes and you are OUT!!!!!

SO greasy! The burgers were okay, but sat in my stomach like a brick. The "smashfries" were so thin, they were more like those crispy potato sticks you ate as a kid until you grew up and realized there were much better potato alternatives available. And they were also incredibly greasy and heavy in my tummy. I think its clear that they didnt make a Smashburger believer out of me.

I have come here since they opened, awesome experience dining in or taking out. They always made things right. Until tonight, the only thing i ordered was haystack. And this is what I received and when i asked if indeed it was a full order, it was so confirmed. Staff was complaining of how many guests were entering an hour before closing. Bad timing, avoid an hour before closing.

I heard about smashburgers from friends in other states,So when i found this one i just had to try it,I ordered the classic smash which had American cheese, Smash Sauce, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, pickles & onion on an egg bun.It was very good the burger was juicy and tasty,I didnt have to wait long for it and the staff was friendly and the store was clean and seating was plenty

The food was good, but its overcrowded the 2 times I went. The staff was overwhelmed with orders and it took them 15 minutes to make me a milkshake, and yet they gave me my burger in under 5 minutes. The parking is pretty bad too so be ready for an over crowded parking lot as well. Im turned off to this location from my experience the 2 times I been there.

Wasnt my best experience. I asked for burger well done then it came out pink. The milkshake was watery. Fries were hard. Bad customer service . I will never go there again .

Didnt bother to order. 7.00 just for the burger? Not worth it imho. At least the mens room has a baby changer and is wheelchair assessibile, well thought.
