The Colonel would role over in his grave if he saw this place. Buffet area is a joke. Lunch and Dinner rush hour and there is little product available. Chicken is dry stuffing is mush. Vegetables are none existent. And the rolls will break your teeth. And it would help if employees spoke English. P.S. BRISTOL STORE IS JUST AS BAD.

I had to repeat my order several times over the speaker and i pulled up and they still got my order wrong i had to repeat myself several times. I tried to make one order for two meals but i had to make two seprate orders because they didnt do theyre job correctly. Very poor skills on listening to what people are ordering.

terrible service-associate taking order couldnt understand English and I became frustrated since im a senior citizen.A cook tried to explain the order and the associate was arguing with him.Will never frequent kfc again until they have associates that understand the menu

Worst experience ever. The manager threw the plate when giving to me. He also was yelling at old ladies. The food was horrible. The chicken wasnt cooked, the lettuce was brown .wiping the food in the buffet with the same cloth from cleaning the tables.

I spent over $30 for a 12-piece meal. I specifically asked for original recipie chicken. Got home and have a bucket of over-done, dried out, extra crispy chicken. Not one breast - just legs and wings with two thighs. Never going there again!!!

Chicken on buffet that my husband had was dry. My 5.00 fill up chicken tenders were dry. Theres is something wrong here.
