Yesterday evening, I called at 5:10 for a delivery. A lady answered the phone and I set an order for shrimp broccoli with fried rice and an eggroll, since the minimum for delivery was $10. This was the first time making an order at this restaurant, because a person reffered it to me. When I noticed that it was 5:25 and the order still didnt arrive, I decided to call the restaurant. The same lady answered and I replied like this; "Good evening. I made an order for delivery, I believe this was ten minutes ago. It was an order of shrimp broccoli with fried rice and an eggroll." She replied, "Yeah, what about it?" "I would like to know if the order is on its way." "No." "Do you know how much longer it would take?" She then replied with this; "You ordered this only ten minutes ago. If you want to know how long it will take, the wait will be 45 minutes." From there, I told her to cancel my order. Now, I worked in restaurants before. To tell a customer that they would have to wait FORTY-FIVE MINUTES for two small orders is not only ridiculous, but unprofessional. Not only was the lady rude, but she doesnt know how to provide customer service. For a first time experience in making an order, it makes the restaurant look bad. Im never ordering there again.

the lady on the phone is so rude, i spoke to her with only respect and all she did was return my kindness with an unnecessary attitude. I suggest she take a nap in between shifts to prevent such a rude behavior. PLUS last time i tipped for the sake of courtesy. I suggest you take you business elsewhere !

Great Chinese food, great service. Out of the 10 Chinese restaurants in the area, this is the only Chinese restaurant that takes credit cards on phone orders. .
