Eww. Just got Gaudinos tonight. The pasta alfredo was terribly dry and overpriced for something so horrible. The eggplant parm meal takeout container was filled over 3/4 of the way with overcooked spaghetti when other local places fill the container with eggplant parm and give you a side of pasta. The pizza was terribly greasy and soggy. And the side salad dishes were small compared to other local places, only half filled, for some reason had mozzarella instead of feta, and had old, wilted lettuce. Never going to order from here again. They offer poor quality food that seems to cut corners wherever they can. It looks like their good reviews came from their own employees. Horrible. And what kind of cheap business only takes cash these days?

Traveling through Pawling on buisness. Stopped in ny chance. Had some wonderful food. A bullalo chicken calzone. My associate had a slice of their pizza with chicken and other good stuff. Excellent! of us are sorry we probably wont be back that way again for a long time. Dino was great to talk with.

I ate there today. Disgusting! Pizza crust was burned, the service sucked,Idiot server didnt even give us a spatula to serve the pizza with (party of four), and the cheese was greasy. They used to have good pizza. This was vomit on a crust...a burnt crust!

We used to eat here all the time when we lived here 15 years ago. Now that we are here visiting we have truly missed the food. We love it!! I wish we could mail order it back to Louisiana when we leave, its just that good!!
