Little pricey, but nice and sunny inside, big windows to look out onto Elmwood, close to Childrens hospital..for those who are there for unfortunate or happy reasons.. friendly staff, creative menu yummy baffled gods, hot and healthy breakfast selections..comfy chairs in back by a fire place..nice for winter.. I think there is outside seating on the summer..there is a fenced in area where tables COULD go. But Im new here to Elmwood. And its spring weather still so hopefully!

WAS A GREAT PLACE TO EAT UNTIL A SERVER WAS HUMAN AND MADE A MISTSKE BY PUTTING TURKEY SAUSAGE IN ONLY "1" side of my wrap..I asked politely if she could address the issue but instead she just denied deny deny and with MAJOR attitude..one of the owners standing right there not saying a single word to deesculate the situation just observing as if nothings happening..I WILL NEVER EVER EAT AT PERKS AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DONT EITHER...-BERG WHARTON

I live in the area and come here often. Its not over priced and is a nice place with great made to order food that looks and tastes fresh and delicious. The only downsides ive seen are that the grille isnt very well ventilated, so the place can fill with a small amount of smoke, and today there were quite a few flies in the dining area, I just hope thats not an indicator of poor sanitary practices.

I had this delivered to my job so my comments will only be about the food I experienced. The Strawberry French Toast is delish. I have never tasted canola filling before but my my is it divine on there French toast. Brought back childhood memories of my mom cooking up French toast for my brothers and me. Go with the French toast you will not be disappointed.

Amazing locally roasted coffee and a vast array of delicious breakfast treats are sure to please vegans, meat eaters, librarians, sketch artists, electricians and robots alike! LUKE WARM COFFEE/TEAS with RUDE BARISTAS. The young lady at the counter was nice, however, I got rude response from the actual baristas when I asked her to make my coffee mug hot. All that hassle for a cup of chai tea latte that was sink-water warm. THERE ARE FRIENDLIER COFFEE PLACES.

Nice cozy corner coffee cafe. Fresh breakfast foods and sweets available. Cute and friendly service - I love all of their tea options, and also of course, great coffee. Awesome place to relax and get some coffee in the morning or to study and read a book.

I love Perks, especially as a vegetarian as they have a bunch of veg/vegan options. My only complaint is that their chai tea latte is a little watered-down in my opinion. The staff is always wonderful, though!

Super considerate and helpful staff. They make some tasty foods especially if your vegan! The real show stopper is the vegan matcha milk shake w/ vegan whipped cream and vegan white chocolate. GET IT.

Nice, clean, good food and delicious tea selection. I was in Buffalo for 2 days and went 2 days in a row for breakfast... have I stayed longer on Buffalo, I would have visited everyday.
