When John and Cynthia ran it, I adored them, and their food. The business has changed hands (sad, but understandable), but the new owners have thoroughly smeared Uncle Johns good name. The quality of the food has fallen like a stone. I have never had fried rice like John made. The Spicy Chicken and Chicken in Curry Sauce were amazing. now? now, i need to find either another place that makes similar food to what used to be there, or find out how to make it myself. Ill never be able to eat that generic brown fried rice again, and this place has thrown Johns cook book out the window, so the real thing.... just isnt there anymore.

I really love the spicy fish and beef there. I would say thats the best spicy fish ever I tried in buffalo. And also the HK style shrimp is very tasty. Yesterday I went there with my girl friend. I ordered the shrimp, then it came with a free vege dish. I saw a comment said the food was really expensive and that really amused me.Hahaha, I paid 30 bucks for last nights dinner with my girlfriend.I dont feel that is expensive at all. Hey, if you just want to order some Americanlized Chinese fast food, you can go order it anywhere. Since this restaurant has traditional Chinese food,not just fast food.

I used to eat here regularly until yesterday night. I placed an order on GrubHub. There was a glitch causing me to order two of the same items. When I call GrubHub to change the order, they had to call the restaurant. The restaurant was persistently on denying the order change and today I realized why. Normally I dont leave feedback, but after having a headache for most of the day and vomiting just now. I figured they were trying to get rid of their remaining expired pork. I used to recommend this place and now cannot advise against it more than ever.

Prices were reasonable and food was good. My wife taught in China and said "this is how the food was in China!". This is not the typical Chinese fast food take out place. There is ample seating with relaxing decor. They do serve alcohol. I would recommend this to others looking for a nice sit down place with good Chinese food that is more than just the average takeout place.

This is probably my favorite Chinese restaurant in this town. I had a wonderful experience here. Great authentic Chinese food, nice atmosphere and great service as well. I definitely will recommend this place to all my friends. They have Cantonese style and Sichuan style food there. Great place for you and your friends.

They offered a variety of very authentic chinese dishes, including congee and dimsum. I dont know the name, but ordered the garlic shrimp with noodles in the middle. The clear noodles soaks up all the garlic and sweetness of the shrimp, their best dish yet. Good size parking lot!

They changed name to crystal and become a expensive restaurant. They charge the cost of renew inside to customers. The female waiter not friendly with fake smile. I had been eating food here for 3 years, have good relationships with boss but I will never came to this place again!

One of the best homemade chinese food in the area. They cook with fresh ingredients from scratch so you can get a custom one. My faves are fish mayo, pipa tofu, and crispy fish. Remember to order from the chinese menu, not the usual general tsos etc.
