This place is the banh. The sandwich is huge and its really tasty. The baguette is served at the perfect temperature-- toasty (but not too hard) outside but warm and soft inside. I ordered the grilled pork and my girlfriend had the grilled chicken. They were both well marinated and tender! They serve lunch specials until 330! We got there at 340 but they were nice enough to give it to us anyway! Ive live in new York for 3 years and this is the best place Ive had so far!

At nearly $10, the salty bland pho is overpriced. Called ahead for seafood bahn mi – the person on phone said it was "shrimp and crab". When I opened the sandwich, meat was microwaved surimi sticks – which is like eating fishy-tasting water wienies. Classic bahn mi has burger-like chunks of pork inside – nearly inedible. Chicken bahn mi is only thing remotely good here. I have given this place three chances. No more.

Love this place. Sweet people with great vegetarian sandwiches (not sure about the traditional items on the menu) ! Not too much space to dine in if youre with a group of more than 3 but great for 3 and under or take out! I once ordered something that I thought was vegan but was actually vegetarian and even though they had already finished making it for me they remade it in a vegan fashion. Great people!

How has Buzzfeed not featured this joint? Going to the Brooklyn Museum or Botanical Gardens? Need a filling lunch for under $10? The lunch special (11:30-3:30) is a HUGE sandwich and bubble tea. For 50 cents more you get a brown rice dish and bubble tea. Its a great deal and great food. Exactly what you need before a museum tour.

Definitely one of the better Bahn Mis Ive had. I went with a spicy classic which was super delicious. It had a good amount of meat and the bread was fresh. My girlfriend went with the shredded chicken which she enjoyed as well. The proximity to the botanical garden and museum makes this a good quick stop if youre hungry.

Fresh and flavorful! I greatly enjoyed the grilled pork sandwich and jasmine bubble tea for the lunch special. The menu has a variety of Vietnamese sandwiches and rice dishes with vegetarian-friendly alternatives as well. Also, the service was good and the food was prepared quickly.

Very fantastic bubble tea. A very small place but it feels so homely and down to earth. Go and sit by yourself and relax and read or go with friends/family and laugh and talk. It has a window that is open with a cool breeze flowing through it. I love spots like this at night

Delicious Vietnamese sandwiches at a very reasonable price. The bubble tea flavors are also great. However as there is very little space in the store, it is probably a good idea to get rid of the seating and make it all takeaway.

Nice local viet sandwich shop. Good flavor in a pretty cool area a block from the museum. Also free wifi which Ive used a number of times when in the area craving a sandwich. - note minimum purchase for card.
