The food was bad and arrived warm. The Challah French toast tasted three days old, extremely mustard yellow in color and was crunchy, my tomatoes was on its way back to the dirt to be buried. Mytwo kids had silver dollars pancakes, bacon and eggs, the pancakes were greasey, the grease on the bacon was thick, like it been sitting in grease that caked up on the bacon. With my French toast I had sausage it was okay. My mom had sausage, home fries, egg and toast...no amount of ketchup, salt or pepper could save the fries. Basically the whole breakfast had no effort from the cook. Drinks were three apples juices and two coffees...entire total $75. Over price!!... And because the gratuity is included in the bill u have no choice but to pay for the poor wait service. The thing is I have been to the is place a few times in the past and the food was always good...I do not know why it was so bad on 5/20/2017...in any case I will not be returning...

Way too overpriced for diner food. Nice setting and the food is good but the service is only mediocre. My wife and I went for a late lunch and spent $50 on what would cost about 25 at any other diner. 15% gratuity was also added onto the check even though the waitress got my wifes order wrong and made her wait another 15 minutes to correct it while I ate my food. I had a Caesar salad without any chicken for 8.50 and they forgot the parmesan cheese. The chicken tenders alone were 10.25 without any fries. The food was good and the portions were pretty big but still a bit too expensive. My wife ordered the He-man breakfast special: 2 eggs over easy with bacon, sausage and French toast for 14.25. They brought her scrambled instead and took a while to remake the eggs. Her coffee was only 1.95 with free refills but my Sprite was 2.25 in a very small cup with no refills. Overall not a bad experience but not good enough to go back anytime soon.

The food was horrible. I ordered a fried chicken basket and the chicken was not seasoned well. It actually tasted like they bought it from KFC and overcharged me for serving it. My sis ordered fried shrimp with veggies. Everything was frozen. Not fresh. She did not enjoy hers and had to pay $27. My bro ordered basic breakfast and he said the bacon was terrible and the french toast tasted frozen as well. The ambiance was not impressive. It was dark and gloomy. The floors were dirty and I saw trash and gum on the carpet. The waitress that took my order smelled of cigarettes. YUKE! There was one lady serving the whole section of the floor and she had no time to really pay attention to the fact that we didnt enjoy the food or service. I would not recommend.

First and last time there. Went there and got into a booth pretty quick, but from there it went down hill. Waitress service was slow and horrible. They brought us out the wrong food twice, food was terrible, burgers not properly cooked, bacon wasnt good their fries were dark brown and soggy, chicken was too greasy, the tenders were too dry.... this was one entire bad experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a meal.

I went here with 2 friends today, we ordered about $60 of food and werent able to finish any of it. The food was simply not good. A list of items brought to the table that were palatable: water, lemons, the milkshake. The service was decent, and the waitstaff was very friendly. But my peers and I will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon.

Arch Diner is a good diner if your craving for a traditional American food. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with the crispy bacon. The diner could improve on customer service. If there is no parking in front of the diner then head to the back of the restaurant. Pro Traditional American food Con The hollandaise sauce is not the best.

I orded lemon sole..the fish was soggy..broccoli was yellow and light green not fresh. Mash potatoes were not real potatoes. They need a New Chef ..the food is made like hospital food. The place was nice and clean and quiet. The breakfast is the only meal Im going there for, from now on.

service was great but my forks was not clean had to ask for a new set. kind of pricey for breakfast. ended up going there because ihops was overcrowed and the wait for a table for 2 was 30 mins. walked into arch diner and got seated right away

The food was bad and the waitress was so rude when i told her My fruit salad was spoiled she told me no and got angry dven though 2 people tried it and said the same thing. they were also on the phone while serving us, we could not believe it

I have gone here over 15yrs.... Even when I lived In another state whenever I would visit this would be the place to eat... I luv the staff and their customer service is amazing!!! They get 10 thumbs up!

Have only ordered breakfast food and every time it was great! Quick service, never wait for tables or excessively long for food. The busiest time is after party hours (4 to 6 am) on the weekends.

Mediocre service at times pricey food quantity not enough waiters serve you better if they feel you will tip them higher would recommend better place.
