Had the new Queens Center Mall location. The line was long but fast. The service was very helpful deciding what burger to order for a new customer. The burger I got had a sauce in it with peppers and bacon and I enjoyed it. For the price I paid tho with the burger, fries, and soda and all the hype I thought itd be better. Its really just a glorified fast food joint with high end Manhattan prices. What really ruined my experience here tho was the atmosphere. Maybe it was just being in that dreary mall in this godforsaken city. If there were locations outside of urban areas and they lowered the prices a bit itd be a phenomenal chain.

I love Shake Shack. The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. There are two problems however, the first problem is that if you are going on a hot day, you have a chance of possibly fainting. For example, I saw a kid on a wheelchair because they fainted while in line. The time is also a major problem. It takes about three full innings. I would suggest that they make multiple cash registers, like a fast food restaurant. Only 3 though, because the food would get worse.

I went to the World Trade Center mall with my kids. We went to eat at the shake shack and not only was the food sloppy and bad, the customer service was worse. The workers were playing around and laughing in the back, it took me 30 minutes to get my order and I didnt get everything that I asked for. After today I would no longer be visiting any shake shack and i will be spending my money elsewhere.

Worst shake shack I ever had, and ive been to many. But this one was HORRIBLE the food was discusting and burnt. The fries tasted so old. Made me sooo nauseous. Worst day ever NEVER AGAIN. The staff was HORRIBLE as well.. CUSTOMER SERIVCE WAS HOOORRRIIIBBBLLLEEEEE. STAFF CAN DO BETTER. Wont be buying shake shack for a while or for good? Mm..

The lines were crazy long. We literally waited 2 innings to get our food! But, it is SO good. Smoke Shack burger with cheese, bacon, and cherry peppers, crinkle cut fries that are crispy and salty, the Concrete, which is frozen custard mixed with broken sugar cone pieces, chocolate sprinkles, and gobs of fudge. Delicious!!

Long lines that doesnt justify the quality of the food. Maybe the wait was too long, so I will have to check it again, but my first thought was that they really dont worth it. It is good food, but not from the kind that worth the such a long wait.

Although there is always a line and a bout a 10 minute wait the food is phenomenal. If you enjoy burgers you will love this place. Best suggestion is to go between innings for less of a wait and always get shack sauce its a must!
