Absolutely the best diner in NYC. Jennie and the staff are wonder and so pleasant. Buffalo Chicken wings ..... hittting! Mushroom Swiss Cheese Burger ..... the juiciest ..... I ate every French fry......and end ur most awesome meal with a life changing ice coffee experience! I ate in at this diner with the friendliest most prompt service but honestly I would wait hours for a seat or even my delivery if I had too.

Worst customer service. I dont know who hired the dummy that takes orders over the phone but she is the example of why good businesses go downhill. Flat out told me that the incorrect order sent to me wasnt going to be replaced because it is a waste of food so she sent what was missing. I already waited 45 minutes for my delivery and had to wait another 30 minutes for what was missing.

Food its great,delivered fast as well but thats all. They put u on hold for long periods (I had waited for more than 10 minutes and it wasnt on the morning) sometimes they the lady sounds mad or annoyed as well as the other guy. Been calling there for months and its the same treatment. No improvements.

This place is the greatest - superbly delicious breakfasts in like 5 minutes, staff are incredible and kind, and they cook my burgers perfectly, every time! Medium-well!! I am picky and hard to please, which means this place is better than great!!

They are always messing up when I place an order for delivery, it never fails. It could be the most simple order and they still cant get it right. These people are extremely irresponsible. Save your money.

Did this particular nice was awful. How do you mess up an omlette with spinach and cheese? The cheese wasnt melted at all, it was like slices on a sandwich, the spinach was crunchy, yuck!

Order a simple wrap with fries, too them 1 hour to deliver my food it was also cold. Try "Bedford cafe" instead.
