The only reason why I am rating this establishment as a one is because the food was good. But the service was deplorable. I would go as far as to say that I experienced racial profiling at this establishment. I attempted to pay with my one of my debit cards, and the card declined. Instead of the waitress coming to my table and informing me of it, she broadcasted it to my man publicly. Let me also say that her voice was loud. She yelled out "Declined....Declined!!!" Upon seeing this, I got up from the table, informed her that I would like to take this matter to the counter. So she followed us to the counter as if we were a couple of criminals. Needless to say, I paid with another debit card, and the payment went through successfully. The waitress and the cashier insisted that I include a tip with my payment, but I declined. Once the waitress realized that she was not getting a tip from me, she stormed away from the counter like a 5-year old child. I honestly dont think that we would have received this type of treatment if we were of another racial ethnicity. Newdless to say I would not consider going back to this establishment. I can take my money to other places where I will be treated like a customer should be treated. SO CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!

I would give this place no stars but I have to put one at least , I dont do this that often but when I do is because the food was so bad my son didnt want to eat it and he is a little fatty that eats anything , first the food was cold over priced for not that many options ,no food for toddlers and when I was there the manager was yelling at his employees while we were trying to eat and have a conversation.Not only that when my nephew went to pay the manager or men that work there asked are you gonna put the tip on the card or cash ,excuseee meeeeee right so please dont waste your time and money eat at home at some take out place oh and by the way the bbq chicken did not taste like chicken I wont say is dog or cat because I never had the pleasure of eating a pet but it tastes very earthy if you know what I mean .

Oh man. ..LISTEN! Food is mediocre so dont expect what isnt expected in an all you can eat buffet. Your biggest downfall going here will be the waiters! Very rude! Took my mom here for a her birthday they sung for her as I requested I was sure gonna give them a nice tip but while paying with my credit as I was going to sign one waiter says to me make your $75 dollar "Bill" a $100 dollar "Bill" she said and I quote "We need TIP, you cheap give us $20 dollar TIP" mind you I havent signed my receipt yet nore did I open up a can of whoop ass, I just stayed quiet. As they kept babbling on about their tip I signed my receipt and walked out with their tip of $50 in my hand. God doesnt like ugly...

Before you decide on taking a chance here , dont. Its the worst, they treated my family as if we were not even human beings . they did not greet us but simply pointed to a table . they dont serve alcohol and the fountain drinks are not included in the buffet price so no refills. The food we okay , nothing great most of the signs were missing so half the time you dont know what you are really eating. The sushi was horrible it was disgusting and the service was overall terrible. I wrote on a piece of paper that the service was terrible and she still demanded tip so I left $2. They need to improve better , we only ate for 30 mins before they brought us the bill , the worst place ever.

Lets face it, the waiters here are a mess. Theyre all females, they didnt bother coming to us to ask if everything was okay, but if not they came to take our plates, and cups.. but that wasnt a problem. The problem is that the waiter here are very stingy, and picky, they ask for tips, and expect to be tipped with like a 10 dollar bill but their service is horrible. Then more waiters come asking for tips, what the f***!!! The look of there chinese faces, make me sick. I would of given this a 1 star, but the deserts are so damn good. Thats all.

... BOY: first of all the food is trash. The hibachi girl cook had a big ass booger in his nose as he was cooking my food and had the nerve to wipe it with the back of his hand... then proceeded to cook. It is uncomfortably crowded and the staff is really rude. The chicken was suspicious and had paste all over it as if it had gone bad. He didnt even fully cook the shrimp.... they aint right. They need to put less money in their decor and more into their food and staff. Ill rate it 1/10 sushi rolls.

The food is good but the service is really needs to change the waitresses if they do not like do today warning you for more money and keep asking you for more money and all they do is pick up the plates and dump them a tip is not an obligation you give it if you want unless its included in the bill they should be happy with what they get I gave a 10 dollar tip for 2 people and she was still asking for more money

I had a great time here with a friend couple times. He loved the seafood and calamari here, but ummm calamari isnt for me thank you. But its all reasonable prices and while you eat you have a nice time if going with friends. They have take out here in case you just want to grab stuff to go. I did that a few times and even called in advance for my order to be ready. Eat.Shop.Play. Live Life Unscripted...

The waiters were very rude, no one greeted us or came to seat us. They stood at the back of the restaurant and made hand signals for us to walk to our table, the food had no taste & they started an argument for more tips. One waiter reached into my mom bag for an extra $5 bill. Horrible food & service! Definitely dont recommend this place!

Last night I went with my family and the food was so nasty. The shrimp were not devained the meat in the dumplings were pink ugh the only thing I like were the sweet plantains. I woke up this morning sick to my stomach throwing up and using the bathroom. And I have a strong stomach. Ewwww avoid this buffet

Came here with my family and the food was nasty, the service was horrible we had given a $8 tip and then a second waiter that we had never seen came and asked for tip as well, first of all this was the first time we had even seen her, she proceeded to say under her breath "dont come here".

A vegs nightmare. Both broccolies are flooded in sauce and meat. The bananas are covered in gelatin, and the spinach is completely covered in cheese. The waitresses are aggressive and the cheffs dont understand a word of english. The price is there to cover the mountains of seafood.
