This place has either gone way downhill or they have terrible quality control. They dont put whole rice on your sushi, instead it was cut up pieces of overcooked soggy rice. The vegetables were rotten and overcooked. The scallop didnt even look or taste like scallop nor did the shrimp. It looked like jerk chicken. When I called to complain I got a lecture and an attitude. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Will update if I start feeling as if I have food poisoning. The delivery guy also had an attitude and didnt want to give me $2 change, which I see other reviewers have complained about and they still havent fixed the issue. When he came to my door he smelled like he was wearing a dirty diaper. I almost threw up from his odor and I almost threw up forcing myself to eat some of this "food" because I was starving. I will never order from this place ever again. Do yourself a favor and walk around the corner to Haiku if you are in need of asian food.

Had chicken for dinner tonight. It didnt taste like chicken and I couldnt chew it as it was like rubber. I actually could stretch it! I complained to waitress who said she would tell the chef. She charged me half price for my dispicable dish! Spoke with a guy at the desk on my way out. He more or less laughed at me and the girl at the desk laughed as soon as I was stepping out the door. DO NOT GO HERE! It was not chicken I was served and their attitude towards my complaint was insulting and RUDE to say the least. Need new management and a new chef or else this place will not last too long. No wonder there were only a few people eating there. All the other restaurants were packed around town so thats why I chose to go here. Boy am I sorry! Never again!

Ive been a frequent customer of Wild Ginger for the past 8 years and never disappointed in the service. Everyone is very polite and friendly. For the years of going; we have been fortunate to have Kwang as our server, from the time we walk in and sees my wife and I, he already knows our drink and appetizer order. The sushi is always fresh and the food portions are large that we brown bag it. We go to Wild Ginger to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries and will continue to always be a parton of this fine establishment .

I have been here twice with my friend and the food remains a consistent delight to the stomach. The staff is very attentive and responds favorably to all our special requests and inquiries. I LOVE THAI FOOD. My friend and her family always dine here and have held even birthday and showers here too. I live in New Jersey and am planning on returning here with my husband for our 21st anniversary dinner tomorrow night.

We went at 1pm for Sunday lunch to celebrate my dads bday and it was a great experience. The servers were very polite the food was priced fairly considering the portion was also larger. They gave a surprise complimentary dessert for my dad which was awesome. They seemed a bit unprepared for their 1st customers of the day... But service was excellent. The food was great. Great variety of Asian dishes.

The food was not impressive at all. The service was terrible and very slow. The servers were also very rude and actually asked us to leave because they had another large party to accomodate. They brought us the wrong food and forgot about one order and it took them about 30 minutes to have it sent to our table. We will not return!

Happy Hour specials are where its at! The sushi made me wanna speak Japanese and the margaritas made we want to change my name to Margarita! The shrimp fried rice...lets just say the fried rice made me wanna slap someone (not my mama tho! Lol!)!!! I will be back this week! Will post pics next time!

The sushi is good and the drinks are good depending on the days you go. One day the food could be cooked very well and then other times its ok. It seems that half the staff are nice and the other half, well rude. The greaters at the door are very friendly. Good sushi and good entrees, at times.

Delivery service is TERRIBLE! They promise 30 min delivery online after you pay with a credit card, but then they take 60-90 min to deliver. The soup is always cold. The driver is always unfriendly and they get the order wrong. No wonder their rating is low.

Delivery guy was decent enough, until he stood there and counted the money I gave him and he said "Only two dollars?" Which was completely wrong since I gave him 3.50$. Nice.

For the price, the food is great. Sadly, the one older delivery guy is a prick who stands in your doorway counting and complaining about whatever tip you give him.
