I bought an expresso machine at Cerini as a birthday gift after reading about the store online. The machine I actually travelled to the store for wasnt in stock even though Id been assured it was when I called ahead. Nevertheless, a machine was bought and the gift was given. Unfortunately, the machine had been used and was dirty with coffee stains as well as missing the filter and instructions. And the power switch had no discernible effect. Huge embarrassment! I returned the machine and the store owner said that the coffee stains were a part of the factory testing and the missing parts MUST have been in the box. Hmmmm....I got my refund but the whole experience still left me $60 out of pocket in travel expenses and a half day of my time. This is a terrible store and I would recommend you look elsewhere for you caffeine related needs.

Cerini Coffee has provided me parts for my Saeco Aroma Espresso Machine at a reasonable price and always with prompt shipping. This was my 3rd purchase and second group gasket from them. It is the gasket that sits between the boiler and the portafilter. I have had the machine for 4-years but have gone through 3-gaskets since February 2011. Nick the technician spent a few invaluable minutes with me. He is an expert! He pointed out (3) things I was doing wrong with my machine. Thank you!!! PS - Yes the steam switch was on…he he.

Cerinis is the place to go for anything Italian. It is one of the few locations in the New England area to have your Saeco coffee/espresso machine repaired. John is efficient, knowledge, helpful, and serious about his familys business. He even walked me through correcting a problem with our machine (13years old BTW) over the phone which was great since we live in Rhode Island now. My husband called Saeco direct and they were unable to tell him what needed to be done. John helped me in about 10 seconds!

They are the ONLY distributor in the country for the brand I purchased so I did not expect great customer service as they are the only game in town but much to my surprise SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH!!! The very best in quality, service and price. Purchased a refurbished Olympia Cremini that needed a bit of fine tuning. Great company to deal with! Love Cerini. Have ordered parts and coffee several times. Always get what I need for my Starbucks Barista to keep the coffees brewing.
