Went on a Friday night around 7:00 - 7:30. Was seated quickly and the server took the order for our drinks and food in a fair amount of time. And that was pretty much the best this restaurant had to offer. After we got our food, we didnt see the server again until we were done. There were about four other occupied tables at the time so its a safe assumption that she wasnt helping other customers. It appeared that the goal of all the employees was to clean up and get out of there and enjoy the rest of their Friday night. I think my chicken was cooked sometime in the afternoon and set in a warmer all night long. Blhkkk. I got a side of gravy that had that hard film on the top and was cold. And I think they either used rotten milk or something that was supposed to resemble ice cream in my milkshake - it looked like it was curdled. And if that wasnt enough - there were chunks of something hard in the vanilla milkshake. Was a total of 4 in our party and no one was thrilled with their meal. WILL NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN - even if it were free.

I have frequented The Millhouse on multiple occasions. Their service is always top-notch. Wait staff is attentive but not over-bearing. Casual, family-type atmosphere. Their comfort food, such as meatloaf, and their sandwiches, are great. Burgers are also good. Not so much a fan of their gyro, which is disappointing as they are somewhat of a Greek restaurant. Nice place to meet up with friends or have a casual dinner.

The Millhouse restaurant is a one of a kind, Offering Greek and American food at prices anyone could afford. This is not some crappy franchise this is a place where the owners live right here in Rochester and have dedicated years of their lives to give us the best food at the fairest prices around.

I had Seafood Newburg, which was loaded with shrimp, scallops and crab in a white sauce over penna pasta and was delicious. My wife had fried chicken. Crispy and juicy. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Millhouse is a great place for home cooking. U might need to wait a little during busy times but worth the wait. Lots of food for a great price. Will be going back again. Highly recommend.

Good breakfast. Standard diner fare. Prepared well. Clean and welcoming environment. Service a bit inconsistent Waited several minutes to be seated. Overall very good and would recommend.

Dont order the salad (brown and old), dont order desert (looks plastic for a good reason) and whatever you do- dont order chicken and expect it to be cooked all the way through.

Took my family there for first time. Atmosphere great, service was fantastic, and food and homemade dessert was excellent. Only place to eat in town by far. Highly recommended.
