Called to make an order on 9/23.. The young lady who answered the phone immediately said "theres one called ahead, can you please hold?" Not a problem.. About 7 minutes later she answers the line again "Thank you for calling Ralph and Rosies, you have two callers ahead of you, do you mind holding?" What? No. Now I do mind.. We pointed out kindly that we had been on hold for a bit and were told that there was one called ahead of us.. Now theres two? She stammered and said "Uh.. Well.. Uhm.. Please hold.." about a minute and a half later she took our order. It was simple. Large cheese pizza with half pepperoni, medium country sweet pizza and a order of mild wings. They said it would be ready in a half an hour. No biggie. Glad it was ordered as we normally only get out this way for Ralph and Rosies twice a year. I showed up a little after the half an hour ready period.. Waited in line for about 6 minutes for them to cash out two customers. Once I got up and paid for my order the cashier walked to the back and came back to me and said, "It will just be a minute until your food is ready.." Alright, that is fine.. I get it.. 30 minutes is an estimate give or take a few minutes.. Nope.. I had to wait almost 20 more minutes before my food was ready. It was to a point where and employee came out from the kitchen and asked me what I was waiting for. When I told him my order he just looked at me and said, "Oh.." To top it all off, the food ended up getting us sick after just two pieces. My wife and I have been getting sick since we ate your undercooked, poor excuse for a pizza. Thankfully our children refused to eat the pizza and are peacefully resting in their beds while we are getting sick. After all these years of being a customer of your establishment, coming out of our way to get a slice of pie for the memories, we are done. Three kids should not be in charge of a store like that. Especially when quality and customer service are sacrificed for peoples well being.

Great pizza they set the selves apart from the "chain" style pizzas that are out there. There is a reason have been around for so long my parents enjoyed them and now I can show my kids what there pizza is about. Also great slice specials on lunch

This is a great place to grab a slice. They offer both a traditional and a sweet red sauce, but their country sweet chicken pizza is the best. The prices here are very reasonable they also offer subs wings and ice cream.

Small mom and pop shop that offer several kinds of food in this little village. Everyone in the area knows it, and everyone has been there. They even have a small movie rental section. You can eat there, or get it to go.

Ralph & Rosies is synonymous with Bergen itself. The pizza is amazing, the fries are amazing, I love that they do milkshakes and ice-cream. If youre driving through, stop in and grab a slice. Theyre always hot :)

Used to be my favorite. Ive always ordered and paid with a check now all of a sudden its a problem and they give me attitude. The place has gone down hill! Pizza sucks and wings are horrible!
