They dont deliver to anywhere but fort drum and surrounding housing areas, Ive seen the driver go out to eagle ridge and leray heights, but wont even deliver to anywhere on the way, I understand they only have 2 drivers working at one time so theres a time constriction if they want to keep deliverys to service members under an hour, however the cheap asian labor employed here have no sense of politeness, except for ronnie the owner, the other 2 a girl and a boy who greet people and answer phones really could use a lesson in common curtesy. Which brings me to my next point, the food. Ever wonder why the chicken tastes old and gets you constipated ? Its because if u look while your there they keep the chicken out in tubs all day after they precook it, they put paper up in the windows out front to keep the sun off so it decomposes slower, no ice used for cooling, and they wring out their onions in a apron and use their mop bucket to finish squeezing the onion juices out... gross? No saniters are ever used and do they even wash the plates ? Feel the plate next time u eat there, it feels sticky and textured, these people know nothing about cleanliness. Would never recomend this place. Go to family world, atleast they know what industrial cleaners are.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I made the mistake of ordering Chinese food from here instead of my usual place Panda Wok ad was disappointed. First, the food took an hour to be delivered and when it finally was delivered I checked my order to ensure it was correct. I ordered kung po chicken, orange chicken, and steamed dumplings. When I checked the kung po chicken, there was no chicken! It was all vegetables and peanuts. When I asked the delivery guy about the chicken, he ignored my question and instead kept insisting I tip him for the delivery. I ended up paying $25 for an oder of kung po chicken, orange chicken, and steamed dumplings. Then, when I called China Dragon letting them know about the lack of chicken in the kung po chicken, I had to BEG to exchange/replace my order of kung po chicken but FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. The restaurant was DOUBLE CHARGING ME for food instead of fixing their mistake. If you want GOOD SERVICE AND FOOD go to PANDA WOK where they do not overcharge, the food is quality, and the service isnt a rip off.

To start with i would like to throw out there i have also never been to the restaurant but have revived delivery more than twenty times. Always the same guy to answer the phone, he comes off rude but iv never had any problems with him taking my order. the driver(s) is always very nice. they are a bit slow when they first open up, but when on duty all they need to know is the building number and he knows where to go, thats an A++ for me. food is very cheap but very tasty and not loaded with starch so you dont get that sickly full feeling. Would recommend - crab Rangoon - pork fried rice - sesame chicken - general tso chicken.

Food was HORRIBLE! Chicken fried rice that was full of onions, little slivers of (What I assume was supposed to pass for) chicken and yellow , overcooked rice. The delivery driver demanded a tip ( I had put a tip on my cc, but had give give cash also). The sweet and sour chicken was rock hard and dry ( I can oly think that it was fried twice). If this is "the BEST Chinese food in the Watertown area" we wont be eating Chinese for the next few years.

Only giving one star because I cant give less. Ordered food there. Called to complain when the food wasnt quite what I ordered. The douche working clearly has no comprehension of respect not if the service industry itself. He was rude, sassy, and extremely inappropriate. If I have questions about my order, get over it. I PAID for that order. I have the right to discuss reasonable concerns about what I paid for.

Ive never actually eaten garbage, but I imagine it would taste like China Dragons Mongolian Beef. The Crab Rangoon was probably made last week and reheated and served to my family tonight.. hopefully we wont die from the one bite we took. The sesame chicken was ok. It was soggy and pretty bland but it was better than the Mongolian beef. I also ordered Lo Mein-dont (how do you mess up noodles

First off Ive never actually been to the restaurant- I always order out so Im not sure how the decor is. This isnt the best Chinese food Ive had by far, but it is most definitely the best Chinese delivery Ive had around ft drum. The food is hot, savory, greasy and cheap tasting, everything I want from Chinese take out. The service is quick, and the price is reasonable.

Ive ordered from here countless times over the last 4 years. The quality of the food is on par with the prices. The wait time for delivery can get lengthy but is expected for peak hours. If youre expecting a fancy gourmet meal like a lot of the previous reviews, than I can tell you youre probably an hour north of the closest place close to that.

Will NEVER order from here again. Gave me the wrong order called back to tell them and was told I was the one who placed the wrong order! LMAO this place is very unprofessional I was hung up on after I told the guy on the phone that I know what I ordered. Do yourself a favor and bring your business elsewhere they do NOT deserve your business!!!

I think that the food here is the best Chinese take-out in the area. The staff is very friendly and the food is prepared very quickly, usually within 10-15 minutes for pick-up. The value is great my wife, daughter, and myself get plenty of food for under $20. Until they give us reason not to this place is my go to for a quick dinner fix.

Argued with us after they messed up the order. Over an hour for a wrong order and they still charged us for the entire order and tip. They are currently arguing with my husband over their misconduct. Do not order from this restaurant.

Very good food and the lunch specials are cheap, everyone Ive met seems friendly. Only thing I was disappointed in was the fortune cookies are always stale :( other than that I would recommend to anyone who likes Chinese food.

Just ordered some food. The person on the phone seemed like he had little to no patience with me ordering. Customer service shoud be top priority. The food tastes decent but the service on a scale of 1 to 10 would be a 3.
