Crab Rangoon was the worst Ive ever had. I bit into it, and there was literally nothing inside, and then I called to let them know the rangoon was empty of filling so they resent out another order and the second order STILL had nothing inside... Im going to assume they must be frying frozen ones, not hand making and stuffing them in the restaurant. I also ordered the general tso shrimp and it was so breaded I could barely get to the shrimp. I bit into one peace thinking it was shrimp and it was literally just a clump of bread with sauce and they were stingy with the sauce. I ordered chicken wings as well which were decently seasoned but were also over breaded.. to say the least I wish I would have just cooked dinner at home rather than suggesting we order Chinese.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BEWARE!!! PAST TWO TIMES I CALLED FOR DELIVERY AND THEY GET YOUR ORDER, THEN RUSH YOU OFF THE PHONE BEFORE YOU CAN FINISH EXPLAINING WHICH PORCH TO USE. I LET IT GO THE PAST TWO TIMES BUT I ORDERES AGAIN TODAY AND SAME THING! I WAS TALKING AND SHE HUNG UP. I CALLED BACK TO CANCEL MY ORDER. I NO LONGER WANT TO GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS. THE LADY ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT CANCELING AND I EXPLAINED WHY, SHE REFUSED TO REFUND AND CANCEL, INSTEAD SHE ARGUED WITH ME AND HUNG UP AGAIN. I CALLED CHINA MOON FOR AN ORDER INSTEAD, MEANWHILE THIS LADY CALLS BACK TO ARGUE MORE AND CALL ME CRAZY! THEY ARE BEYOND RUDE AND THE FOOD ISNT THAT GREAT! Go to China Moon on Trexlertown Rd. So nice and actually let you speak!!!

Terrible!!! Would not recommend!!! I found a twisted metal shard in my delivery food. They first told me I waited too long to call and they werent willing to help me. What?! Then they expected me to drive the food to the store. Not happening. They spent nearly a half hour arguing with me, and owner accused me of placing metal in the food to get free food. This makes absolutely no sense, as I did not want any more food from them after that, and had already expressed this. Absolutely horrible customer service. Then they drove to my home to inspect the metal-- seriously? What a headache. Customer service at its absolute worst!!

The food is ok. The issue I have and my fiancee is that we are regulars and we still get rushed and we do not get our orders correct ever. My fiancee specifically asks for no peas and what do they put on it? Peas. First time, we said let it go. Second time i ended up eating it and now this is the third time and i figure id put a review. They never give you plates, forks, spoons, napkins, etc. I didnt want to leave a bad review, but they do not listen at all.

Last time I ordered it took an hour and a half to come to my house 3 mins away. They rush you out. They yell at each other infront of everyone. Weird vibs. Now this time they seemed to be busy and the fried rice that came with my order looks like that boil a bag big Ben stuff you make at home and taste nasty, my dog wont even eat it. Im tired of this place. Only good thing is that they are smart enough to have a pretty English speaking girl taking orders

Terrible customer service after they messed up my order. I called to tell them and they hung up the phone on and refused to give me a call credit for the mistake. I am disappointed and I will tell everyone to never order from them again!!! Food wasnt that great either

Ive never once had an issue here. My favorite Chinese restaurant in the valley "for its price" these other restaurants use the cheapest quality of food. Peeking always hAse high quality and delicious food!

The best Chinese take out in the area. Our family favorites are sweet & sour chicken, chicken w/string beans, and General Tsos chicken. They dont water down the sweet and sour sauce like China moon does.

This was the first thing I ordered when I came to Pennsylvania. The food was Great. Service was fast and friendly. Just wish the portion size was bigger.
