Slow service paired with getting both of my separate orders on different days wrong. I dont know whether the staff is just slacking off on the daily, or if there really is a communication problem among them. Pair that with the drive thru and its ridiculous. Was sitting in front of the microphone for over 5 minutes until someone came on and took my order. There was only 1 guy in front of me. What was with the hold up? Not going to 1 star the place because it is the only KFC I know around this area, but man...I do hope they pick up the slack. Maybe Im just having bad luck everytime I go there. If youre working and on break and you need a quick meal, expect to spend most of your break time sitting in your car waiting for someone to acknowledge you (that is, if you are taking the drive thru). Might as well try walking in, but even then just pray that they wont get your order wrong.

Latino cashiers are nasty, they thing theyre justin beibers, food is not the best, but hate to deal with their passive aggressive games, example: 45mins before closing they ran out of boneless chicken and I told them it was fine that I would wait 5 mins and she goes it could take up to 25mins, to me thats straight bs(sorry for my language ), very unprofessional and I have many stories from the past, I dont go there anymore, and if you pass by youll see no one eating there, do you wonder why?

The food is really good!!!! BUT the service they treat you poorly specially with spanish people, my uncle ask in spanish and they just ignore him like 10 minutes and they were keep talking in english , then some nasty girl take the order like mad favor, when we saw the person at the window it was spanish people speaking!!!!!!!!! Can you imaging!!!

Dont waste your time here I ordered original recipe chicken it wouldnt even pass for extra crispy chicken burnt and dry chicken stick to the one in deer park if you have a choice Im not surprised this place always disappoints I just am now finally sharing my experience so you avoid wasting your hard earned money for garbage

disgusting food ,they close early ,i have seen them withought hairnets or gloves ,the food is discusting,it has to be nothing else open to go to this.kfc but its better than bk or mcdonalds sometimes yuk

Bought a chicken tender to go box and when I opened the mashed potatoes it was HALF full....and the biscuit was SO STALE I threw it away! Wont be going back again!! :-(
