I WAS ALWAYS VERY HAPPY, NOW IM NOT. IF YOU CHECK YOUR CELL PHONE FOR THERE HOURS IT SAYS 10:30 TO 10:30. IT ALSO SAYS THAT ON THE ENTRANCE DOOR. LAST TIME I GOT THERE AT 9:15 A WAITRESS WAS WAVING ME AWAY FROM THE DOOR AND POI TING TO THE DRIVE THRU. I THOUGHT THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND GLADLY WENT TO THE DRIVE THRU. WHEN I ASKED IF ALL WAS O.K., I WAS TOLD YES THAT THEY CHANGED THERE HOURS AND WERE CLOSING THE INSIDE AT 9:00. I CALLED AND SPOJE TO THE MANAGER AND TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED ( I REALLY WANTED TO SIT INSIDE AND EAT) AND HE SAID YES WR CHANGED. I BROUGHT UP BOTH MY CELL AND TBE DOOR STILL SHOWING THE 10:30 TO 10:30 HOURS AND IT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED, HE JUST SGRUGGED THAT OFF. NOW OVER THREE WEEKS HAVE GONE BY AND NOT HOUR CHANGE ON CELL OR DOOR BUT, THEY LOCK THE INSIDE AT 9:00 !!!! THIS IS WRONG !!!!!!! THEY KNOW ME THERE BECAUSE I COME DO MUCH BUT, NO APOLIGY OR ANYTHING. ITS THIS IS WHAT WE ARE GOING TO DO AND SO WHAT IF WE DONT OFFICIALLY CHANGE THE HOURS SO THE PUBLIC KNOWS WHAT TO EXPECT.

Ive lived in Naugatuck for 11 years.....this KFC has the absolute worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time! And Ive given them the benefit of the doubt over 11 years. I will NEVER get food from them again. And they are SOOOOOO slow! People are always waiting around way too long to get their food. I mean, if you have a DRIVE THRU, you should have enough food prepared to service your customers in a timely manner......it IS supposed to be fast food, after all. I tried to give it 0 stars but this site doesnt allow it....so to post this review, I had no choice but to give it 1 star.

Tonights meal was horrendous! We buy maybe once every 4 months and have lived in Naugatuck for 17 years. Asked for thighs and legs and recd all legs and 1 thigh for a 10 piece. Very, very dry and dark texture (bad oil?). We will no longer ever buy KFC again. Threw everything out.

Besides the fly in my soda cup, and the soggy chicken, it was bad. Every time I go there its either a long wait in drive through or food is terrible, well the mashed potatoes and coleslaw was great, but the uncrispy chicken nor so much.

This facility is clean and the staff courteous...the food is typical of any other Kentucky fried chicken... plenty of parking available.
