Food was delicious as usual, but dining area and drink station were a mess. No lids for reg size drinks, trash overflowing, no clean tables in dining area, wiped off my own table. Someone spilled drink and mop boy did one sweep with mop, just moving the ice cubes across the floor. No "caution floor wet sign" put up. Hope the kitchen is cleaner than the rest because really was tasty tonight.

I was ordering and I couldnt hear the cashier lady so I would ask her what she said and she would repeat herself loud and rudely. Her name was Jen, its on my receipt. She gave me my food and I was on my way. She was not kind at all. Never visiting this one again, they obviously have Shitty customer service.

I have never had a problem ordering from this Panera location before. I usually will order Rapid Pick-up since I work right down the road. This time My order was not complete when i came to pick it up. So on this review i am giving TWO stars for lack of direction.

The food was ok but the place was a mess. Tables were not cleaned and the bathroom was a disaster. The toilet paper was sitting on the floor a big roll of it and the paper towels on a big roll sitting on the sink. I will go to panera again but never this location

I overheard one of the managers, Steve Phillips I believe, being very very rude to one of his employees. I have nothing against the store as a whole but that manager seems like he needs to work on being much kinder to people.

I had never been to a nicer place the workers are so polite and look like they have fun I work at the kfc tacobell right near them and I go over at least once a week and. They treat there costemers right

Standards are pretty much non-existent. Speed of service consistently >5min. Orders bagged haphazardly. I dont think the cold beverage station has been wiped down in months. RIP Panera Warmth.

The Manager Stacie is very disrespectful. Very rude and caught her on her self phone while there was a line of customers with only 2 registers open! By far the worst panera Ive been to.

I would give them a 4 or 5 but they got rid of all their soups. I especially loved the soba noodle soup and they got rid of it. There is only one soup on the menu now.

Ive been going to this location for about a yr since it opened. I never had any problems till I found 3 pieces of hair in 2 of my meals with in one week.
