Showed up tonight (8-15-16) around 5:30ish, ,my family and I walked in to the restaurant and the podium stated "Wait to be seated". So we were standing there while the restaurant only had 2 families seated and one employee on lunch break sitting near the entrance. There was another employee standing around a corner looking up at us every once and a while not even acknowledging the fact that we were standing there waiting. I looked at the employee several times that was on break and she noticed the other employee still just standing around a corner. The employee on break called to the other employee so the employee hiding around the corner acknowledge the fact someone called his name, he walked up to the podium where I was standing and right into the kitchen. I stood there for about another minute looked at the employee on break then my family and stated lets go somewhere else. I would understand if the place was busy about waiting a little bit but: 1 - The phones were not ringing 2 - There were only two families in the entire restaurant 3 - 2 employees looked right at me and my family while we were waiting at the podium with no acknowledgment we were there. We ended up going across the street to KFC instead........

The server was polite, but very new. After being seated we waited an extended time before our order was taken and then again for plates for salad. The manager, Tim, said he was assisting because the server was new; nice but he had a poor attitude. He became very upset when we told him we wanted our meals at the same time. We had to ask for other food we ordered that was not delivered. Additionally, the floor was filthy. I could understand if the restaurant was busy, but it was not. We will not be returning.

I come to this pizza hut because of your friendly service. Tracy usually is our waitress, she is amazing. Always friendly, and she always smiles.The food is always wonderful, hot and flavorful. I would recommend this place to everyone. I prefer your pizza above anyone else.

The a.c. was on so high cause they are working in kitchen. Sorry when its cold enough that you have to run home to grab a sweater. Its way to cold. Then the waitress never asked if we wanted dessert. We always get the brownies to go.

Loved it! Staff was caring, helpful, kind, and funny! Restraunt was clean. Food was perfect. Most customers you could tell they were regulars all joking with staff as they came and went. Definitely would eat here again!

Disgusting. Very dirty and smelled. Ordered drinks and left without drinking them, and they still charged us. Had to clean or own table. Service was horrible also. Never, ever, will I ever go there. The worst.
