I used to always go to paneras and some were good some were bad. But a couple of months ago I found out I am allergic to barley and olives (olive oil too). Recently I hadnt had a chance to eat before leaving the house and my boyfriend and I stopped here hoping I could get something like a salad. The last two times Ive been to different Paneras they dont care about my allergies or are annoyed by looking up the ingredients to make sure. And when the food does they dont help me find other options so I just leave. I was pleasantly surprised at the manager ( I didnt get his name but he was wearing a red shirt and glasses) who had knowledge of all the dishes and their ingredients. He got me what I wanted and took off the ingredients that I couldnt have as well as replacing some ingredients with other similar ones I could have. I was ecstatic! I want to thank the manager so much for being so helpful and understanding. I will definitely be going back to this Panera!

When they get your order correct the food is good. Almost every time I go to this Panera in Woodbridge, something with my order is incorrect. I ordered a salad, they charged me to 2 and only gave me 1 and it was the incorrect salad. Then the manager said he credited the salad back to my CC and he really charged me for another one. I pointed out to him that it was a charge not a credit and he insisted I was incorrect. Now I was over charged for 2 salads. I finally convinced him that they over charge me to 2 so he said he would credit them back and when I looked at the receipt, it was a credit for only 1 salad. I had to sit there and explain to him why they needed to credit me for 1 more salad. The manager has no clue what is going on.

Many tables, nice service, tasty food and good Wi-Fi. Place gets busy during lunch hours, still they keep it clean. During one of my (many) visits, the manager on a morning shift suggested a delicious and satisfying breakfast with regards to the dietary restrictions I told her about. I was sold on this one because of her service and suggestion, sadly I forgot her name, i think it started with J. Kudos to this person for providing excellent service. Thanks

I love the place enjoy the food and the comfortable seating but to have only one cashier at noon is crazy while the line was sticking out the door. The employees were not really focusing on us they were kind of just wandering around. People behind me were quite upset. Rightfully so. 30 mins is lunch for lots of prople. Please improve this you guys are too better then this. Thank you

One of the better places to eat in the area and pretty healthy at that. I always enjoy going to Panera Bread for their paninis and soups. There is another location near Menlo Mall and both are equally good. My girlfriend works around here so we usually go to this one when we have to get something from Wegmans or another store in the center. Highly recommend for the good food!

Everything here is great! You really cant go wrong. Salads, sandwiches, pastries: solid choices in every category. Save yourself a ton of time and use the kiosks. Hardly anyone ever uses them, so youre basically skipping the line. Get yourself a loaf of tomato basil to go and have the fanciest toast youve ever had the next morning.

Always have an amazing experience every time I walk in.The customer service is amazing and the food is always good. I have never had a bad experience. The food is so good and the options are so healthy. I enjoy going there when I feel like I need to shake up what Ive been eating and Ive never been dissapointed.

Delicious food. Awesome caesar salad and broccoli and cheese soup. If you do get the soup, make sure you ask for a bread bowl. Its no extra charge and they will put your soup inside a bread roll. Use the cut out bread part to dip. Yum!
