Nothing but a nightmare and a run around in the beginning! I paid for a membership through my school and I went to BJs in Riverdale N.J. 3 times to get my card and they continue to say that they couldnt find my name on the account. They kept telling me that they will get to the bottom of it but I ended up waiting a month and then I tried calling them but once again when I called them no one at Customer service answers the phone there and some unprofessional individual decided to make noises on the phone when I called so unfornately I gave up and I am now a member st Coscos! Hopefully one day I will become a member without all this chaos because I truthfully know this place is a very nice place to shop and their prices are good.

Ive been to so many eye doctors (in & out of US) and I can easily say that I was extremely lucky to have met Dr. Pong at BJs optical. I was constantly being prescribed the wrong contacts prescription from other doctors. I simply could not see clearly. Thanks to her patience & not giving up, for the first time in years, I can see clear with the correct prescription. Thanks Dr. Pong!!

We travel extra to come to this location. The fruits and veggies are good, fresh and seem to last a while. The meats are good and fresh. But the biggest thing is: if you go during the week, there is NO, I mean NO, line. Well shop, walk right up to a register and check out. Not so in Paramus or West Nyack. And not so here on the weekends. But a week night? We have a winner!

Not enough staff only two people on the front end watching res registers for as many issues as there are with people checking themselves out items not scanning they have too much on their plate Ive worked in supermarkets for 20 years you need more I like BJs though been a customer for 20 years hope this helps have a great weekend

As a fixed income senior BJs offers me excellent prices on staple pantry items The checkout process can be very short, or excruciating long. The checkers and customer service are kind and helpful. We have been customers since it opened and we enjoy our shopping.

Not too crowded, prices seem a little higher on some things than Walmart. You have to be vigilant of the coupons or lose out on deals, being a member and paying for a membership every year, these discounts should be applied automatically.

This Bjs is the best place to shop because it has a nice dunkin donuts the people there are so nice and the coffee excellent and good samples when i come here on sundays and deli meat is excellent it the best thing that i ever taste

Dont always carry or stock the items they print coupons for. Otherwise, lots of alternatives in stock; very friendly, helpful staff; very clean store.

This is my secret. If you get a cart its $250-300. I dont get a cart. I can carry about $100 worth. It helps its easy to buy too much here.
