Dont know what Bryan ate, or eats, but I strongly suggest avoiding his review of this restaurant. His self proposed, pompous requirement of having a smidge of Italian blood to qualify writing a review is questionable at best, since no one with a smidge of Italian blood in them would give this restaurant anything more than a slice of mortadella that was dropped, picked at by a bird and later kicked to the curb by a portly kid on a scooter (theres no lack of em in wildwood). Rigatoni and meatballs is what I went with, figuring its simplicity was a safe bet -- dead wrong. Rigatoni is a noodle crafted to maximize sauce adherence. It did no such thing with the runny, unsalted red mess that was tossed OVER the pasta that was helplessly boiled in *unsalted* water (the cardinal sin of cooking pasta). Im no math major, but Im pretty sure that: unsalted sauce and unsalted pasta equals who in the hell is working this kitchen? No amount of cheese or pepper flakes could save this abomination, or my taste buds. Im speaking for the pasta alone, dont do it. I must have had chef boyardee once in my life and I didnt feel this bad about it.

Went here with my family last night was served days old bread and given dipping dishes problem there was no oil on our table lol the other problem was it was brought to the table after the horrible apitizers . Fried calimari are burnt crumbs and fried ravioli are little square greasy sacks! My seafood Alfredo was so over done it was not twirlable by fork . My son got veal parm over spaghetti that was not edible at all microwaved veal over soggy spaghetti . My 7 year old got ravioli and meatballs but they forgot the meatballs ! Wife have cavatelli and a red sauce asked for a spoon of ricotta cheese was told no had to be served as a side we said fine the put a spoonful on a plate 8$ lol . My daughter got rigatoni vodka with the additional chicken .... You guessed it no chicken . We had to get outta there paid the $200 tab and went to get something to eat cause my kids are starving at this point ! Stay away much better choices

I always liked the Ravs and the red sauce here..and the meatballs are as homemade as you can get..I havent visited the Ravioli House in 15 years..same quality as I remember..The downside to my visit was the Rav s were like a Ravioli goulash..way way to much gravy couldnt even see the Rav s when the were served..The meatballs were on point..the Ravs were disappointing over cooked mushy and drowned in sauce..Also service was a bit weird..not once checked on my beverage ..Restaurant wasnt that busy..Feel asleep twice waiting for service..I guess since I was alone my check really wasnt enough for good service..which I always take care of servers when dining alone..I might try again might of been an off night it happens every now and then...at least I gotta a quick naps in..My opinion OVERRATED & OVER PRICED..GET WHAT YOU DESERVE..$27 For Ravs w/ Meatballs a little over the line..OVERRATED!!!!

Waited a long time for our waitress to come to our table. When she finally arrived, we ordered the fried ravioli and garlic bread appetizers along with a few chicken pastina soup. The fried ravioli was good but the garlic bread wasnt very good. My wife said her chicken picante was very good. My brother in law said the spaghetti and meatballs was very good. One of my daughters ordered the gnocchi with vodka sause and said it was very good. My other daughter ordered ckicken tenders and fries and also said it was very good. I had chicken parmesian and did not care for it. The chicken breast was hard around the edges and the sause was somewhat bland. Overall, we give the Ravioli House between 3 and 4 stars.

Just had dinner here for the first time, we were seated after only about a 5 min wait. The service was ok, we received everything quickly but was disappointed that the bread they serve is just plain rolls that were not even warm & had no butter or oil to dip it in. We were expecting nice Italian bread & when we asked for butter or oil we received tiny packs of butter that wasnt even enough to spread.. we really wanted soup & salad & crusty bread more than an entrée so, that was a let down & when my daughter said she didnt really like the soup that she tried (she never had it before)they didnt offer to bring her a different one. I guess they didnt have to but it would have been nice if they did.

We have be coming here for years with our children and have always loved it. Last night July 8th, 2017 my husband and I went for dinner and I was so disappointed, I should have known because there is usually a huge line out front and there was no one. I had veal parmigiana that was so flat it only taste like breading, my pasta was way over cooked and not very hot. Over the years we have taken every one we know here and have always enjoyed our meals but last night I felt so sad and disappointed because the Ravioli House has always been such a special place for us. Hopefully these reviews are read and the owners will do what they need to do.

We were excited for homemade pasta. We walked in and the room smelt stale and was stuffy. I wanted spaghetti and my fiance wanted crab stuffed mushrooms. We were going to each take a few bites of each others food just to try it but we were quickly told wed have to pay a sharing charge... ridiculous. We were both ordering food not just sharing one item. We booked it out before we got our food. Thank god because after reading reviews it doesnt sound appetizing. Dominos was delicious though ordered a pizza, shared it and didnt have to pay a dumb sharing charge.

The food was delicious, Chicken parm, Fettuccine, baked Ziti, Spaghetti, pizza...all delicious and huge portions! Salad is not included and drinks are limited to 1 refill. Pizza is an appetizer and can only be ordered with an entre. The early bird special includes a salad and dessert. There is no choice for dessert. The night we were there dessert was rice pudding and no one liked it. Service was quick and friendly. We could not stop eating even when we were full! We had leftovers for lunch the next day.

After my horrendous meal from the Ravioli house 2 years ago, I decided to give it another chance. I ordered baked ziti for takeout. $19.50. Ziti, 2 meat balls, 2 pieces of bread w/ butter. Arriving back at home with my ziti, I open the container. It looked like they gave me a college kids leftover pasta. No way possible this was ever baked, they just threw some ziti and gravy in a container. Its a shame because this place used to be a great spot for Italian food, I used to eat here 3-4 times a month.

First and foremost if you dont even have the least bit italian in you then dont bother reviewing this place if it is not a good review. I am half italian thanks to my father. This food is as close to my grandmothers cooking if not better. Everything is homemade. If you cant appreciate homemade italian food then go to the local pizzaria. I promise you that you will not find more authentic italian food anywhere else. Been coming here with my family for years and will continue that trend
