I am writing this review as a recent customer. I am not comparing the food to any other indian restaurant in Bergen County but as an individual takeout. I am very disappointed with the level of service. I decided to have the special- lamb saag which was $10.00- you get rice with this. I asked if i could change the rice to a naan or a roti- the man in charge promptly said NO!. No other words were said. I have eaten indian cuisine since i was a child- i know what is good indian cuisine and what is not good indian cuisine. When you have a dry dish like lamb in saag- people tend to have a naan or a roti with the dish not rice- so for the manager/owner to rudely say NO to my small request was quite suppressing considering that they only recently opened. It is funny to see GYROS on the menu. This is not an indian dish so I found this quite amusing. Lack of Vegetarian dishes. They didnt even have the most common indian vegetarian dishes like daals/lentil dishes. If you are a vegetarian who have the choice of mixed vegetables and paneer and thats about it. Normally if you go to an indian takeout they give you salad and chutney with your dish. They didnt provide this at all. I will not be going to this establishment every again- service was appalling. Choice of food was poor.

A must try place for Indian food.. this is not your traditional Indian restaurant but a great food take out joint!! The owner (Neha) has taken care of choosing the most authentic and convenient dishes for her menu that can stand the take out option and do not lose its flavor and texture by the time you are ready to eat. The most amazing thing about the place is that every food is made to order... From chat to curries and even biryani. Kudos to the staff for keeping up the good work and delivering a mouth watering bite every time!!!

Great Indian take out in Bergen County! The food is delicious. I would go so far as to say its as good as the Indian take out you would get in NYC. The staff is always very friendly. I would recommend the chicken tikka masala and the chicken korma. You cant go wrong with Bombay Hut if you are looking for good Indian take out. Try it! You will be glad you did.

The food at this strictly takeout place has always been good to excellent, and everyone weve dealt with is friendly and seems happy to have your business. I only wish they would list the specials and new menu on the websites menu; you see them on a grease board when you walk in but by then youve usually ordered your food.

Great, carefully prepared food and good prices! It is one of the most consistently good restaurants in this area and the staff is endearing and friendly. Certainly the best Indian food in the area.

Nice small place. They have couple of chairs, but sitting and eating in the small place would be hard. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I tried their chicken tikka, it was really good!
